Key Purpose of the Role 
Tate's ambitions are driven by a collective desire to exceed the demands of our customers through extensive interactions and world-class product support. The Sales Manager will focus on identifying new clients and business opportunities within the Data Centre sector. The successful candidate will help the commercial team achieve and exceed their sales and growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty are maintained. 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Identify and create new business opportunities with potential customers in the Middle East.</li><li>
Work with a cross-functional group including engineers, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and product management personnel to carry out project requirements in line with new product development processes and systems.</li><li>
Drive sales through links with industry partners.</li><li>
Collect market/competitive benchmark data and regularly review with the management team.</li><li>
Participate in preparing necessary documents for inclusion in tender submissions, including site visits.</li><li>
Prepare accurate and appropriate specifications for all Kingspan raised access systems and products with local Architectural and design consultancies.</li><li>
Meet budgets and agreed targets with profitable growth for long-term sustainability.</li><li>
Ensure effective marketing, offer submission, customer follow-ups, and negotiations leading to the successful acquisition of orders.</li><li>
Develop new and existing business promoting the company's full range of products to contractors and Architects.</li><li>
Build strong relationships with new customers and existing clients.</li><li>
Actively promote products through seminars, promotions, presentations, and exhibitions.</li><li>
Target competitor-friendly architects and customers to convert projects.</li><li>
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building material products, market intelligence, industry trends, and competition in the assigned territory.</li><li>
Achieve sales targets as set out by the senior management team.</li><li>
Oversee &amp; organize the various project work streams to ensure successful project delivery.</li></ul> 
Candidate Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Sales/Marketing or a relevant discipline.</li><li>
Solid professional experience in a sales role within the construction industry.</li><li>
Previous data centre sales experience is an advantage.</li><li>
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.</li><li>
Proven ability to confidently and positively present at all levels, both internally and externally.</li><li>
Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships and a commercial focus while managing multiple projects.</li><li>
Arabic / English speaking is required.</li><li>
Extensive Middle East experience required</li></ul></div>

About the Role 
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in Raised Access Flooring systems to join our team in the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle. 
Key Responsibilities 
Sales &amp; Business Development 
<ul><li>
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the GCC.</li><li>
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.</li><li>
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including tendering and contract negotiations.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.</li></ul> 
Client &amp; Market Engagement 
<ul><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (architects, consultants, contractors, project managers, procurement teams).</li><li>
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients and consultants on raised access flooring solutions.</li><li>
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to position products competitively.</li></ul> 
Technical Support 
<ul><li>
Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to provide technical input on specifications, drawings, and compliance.</li><li>
Support consultants with submittals, approvals, and compliance documentation.</li><li>
Provide technical training to clients, distributors, and internal teams when required.</li></ul> 
Project Support &amp; Coordination 
<ul><li>
Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects.</li><li>
Support in resolving technical issues on-site related to raised access flooring installation.</li><li>
Ensure after-sales support and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul> 
Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills 
Education: 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li></ul> 
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction/building materials sector, preferably in Raised Access Flooring or Interior Fit-Out Solutions.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of GCC construction market, including consultants, contractors, and developers.</li><li>
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li></ul>
Skills<ul><li>
Excellent technical understanding of raised access flooring systems, installation methods, and compliance standards.</li><li>
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the GCC.</li><li>
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>
