If you love translating complex problems into intuitive, beautiful interfaces &mdash; this role is for you.About the roleYou will work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to design user-friendly web and mobile experiences that are both visually compelling and strategically aligned with business goals. This is a high-impact role with creative freedom and real ownership over the design process.What you'll do<ul><li>Collaborate with clients and managers to gather project requirements and deeply understand user needs.</li><li>Conduct user research interviews, surveys, and usability testing to generate actionable design insights.</li><li>Create user personas, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent.</li><li>Design intuitive, visually polished interfaces guided by user-centered principles and accessibility best practices.</li><li>Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.</li><li>Run iterative design reviews, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.</li><li>Maintain design consistency and brand standards across all platforms and devices.</li><li>Champion user-centered design culture and advocate for UX best practices across the organization.</li></ul>What we're looking for<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Webflow.</li><li>Solid understanding of design systems, component-based design, and auto layout.</li><li>Familiarity with accessibility principles, motion design basics, and responsive design for web and mobile.</li><li>Professional fluency in English with strong communication skills.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health &amp; wellness</li><li>Growth &amp; learning</li><li>Creative freedom</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs220,000.00 - Rs270,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon can you join us </li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
