You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements</li><li>Create clear, structured test cases and test scripts to validate functionality</li><li>Execute test cases, document results, and report defects with detailed analysis</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency</li><li>Perform regression testing to ensure stability after code changes</li><li>Log, track, and manage defects throughout the software development lifecycle</li><li>Collaborate with developers to understand system architecture and testing needs</li><li>Conduct performance testing to ensure scalability and responsiveness</li><li>Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance QA practices</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies</li><li>Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases</li><li>Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li></ul>Preferred (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience with performance testing tools</li><li>Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman)</li><li>Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
