Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Biomedical Sales Engineer &ndash; IVD Diagnostics to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products, laboratory equipment, and diagnostic solutions to hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven sales experience to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and sell the company&rsquo;s IVD products, laboratory equipment, and diagnostic solutions.</li><li>Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across Qatar.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer training sessions.</li><li>Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable laboratory solutions based on customer requirements.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and industrial customers.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.</li><li>Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and scientific events to promote the company&rsquo;s products.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales and market reports.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of sales experience in the Qatar market.</li><li>Proven experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry is mandatory.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of IVD products, laboratory equipment, and diagnostic technologies.</li><li>Experience with laboratory analyzers, reagents, consumables, and laboratory solutions is highly preferred.</li><li>Experience in industrial laboratory products is an added advantage.</li><li>Established network with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and key decision-makers in Qatar.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and business development skills.</li><li>Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within Qatar for customer visits and business development activities.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a Driving License ?</li><li>How much is your Current &amp; Expected Salary ?</li><li>When can you join us ?</li><li>How many years of experience you have in Qatar ?
