E-commerce fulfillment in itself is already a US$2B+ space, growing 30% per year. As an operator transporting cargo to over &gt;110 airports across Asia, we are at the frontlines of this large, but unsexy space. This white space motivates us to redefine the way the supply chain operates, expand our suite of services to get closer to the end-customers, and to build products that empower both small business owners as well as large enterprises.

With that, we need a strong HR team to partner closely with each of our business functions to support and challenge them as they work to drive even more growth in the region.
 
 
 As we scale and grow, Data will be our backbone to drive efficiency initiatives in our ecosystem. We are looking for a Head of Product for Data who will be responsible for managing 3 pillars of Data Analytics &amp; BI, Data Governance and Data AI.
 
 
 
 A DAY IN A LIFE
 
 
 
 As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with group stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions and identify business strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop predictive models using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (OCR, information extraction), and LLMs to build Data Products that directly impact key organization metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Research on algorithm improvements for higher performance, accuracy, and optimality
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on building the right data governance practice as we scale in our journey from a startup to more enterprise architecture
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experienced working in Data Products and building and scaling data teams to support organization growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Google Cloud Platform products and services such as Vision API, Recommendations API, Cloud Natural Language
 </li>
 <li>
 An in-depth knowledge of AI techniques, their real-world advantages/drawbacks, and ability to prescribe and implement feasible and appropriate conventional/AI related techniques that serve as solutions to problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of codebase shares like Gitlab, bitbucket, and CI/CD process
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on business solution product development
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Great team player but at the same time able to work independently with minimal supervision

 Job Description
 
 
 
 As an Associate Product Manager focusing on engaging with solution providers, you will be instrumental in building and managing partnerships with technology vendors, and other solution partners to enhance our B2B logistics offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard solution providers that complement our platform, drive innovation, and deliver value to our customers.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Partnership Strategy and Development:

 Develop and execute a partnership strategy to identify, evaluate, and onboard solution providers that align with our B2B logistics roadmap and business objectives

 Build and nurture relationships with third-party technology vendors, and other solution partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships

 Solution Provider Engagement:

 Collaborate with solution providers to understand their offerings, capabilities, and value propositions
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate potential partnership opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

 Product Integration and Enhancement:

 Work closely with solution providers and internal engineering teams to integrate third-party solutions into our logistics platform

 Define and prioritize product requirements for enhancement/add-ons, ensuring seamless interoperability and a cohesive user experience

 Drive the development of new features and enhancements that leverage partner capabilities to address customer needs and enhance our platform's value proposition

 Partner Enablement and Support:

 Develop and execute partner enablement programs, including training, documentation, and support resources, to ensure successful onboarding and integration of solution providers

 Serve as the primary point of contact for solution providers, providing ongoing support and escalation management as needed

 Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

 Qualifications:

 Strong understanding of B2B markets, air cargo, and the logistics ecosystem, with experience in engaging with third-party solution providers and technology vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive product innovation and customer value
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals. Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels

 Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities based on business impact and ROI
