<p>
 Working closely with senior leadership, the Practice Manager will lead a team and oversee wider resource planning, including third-party support. They will create an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where individuals feel confident to share ideas and challenge thinking. With strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and a focus on risk management and customer outcomes, the Practice Manager will ensure delivery excellence while using data and insight to inform strategic decision-making and drive meaningful business impact.</p>

</b></div></div><div><div><div><div><p>As an experienced leader who is passionate about coaching and empowering others to make decisions that lead to great outcomes, you&rsquo;ll have the ability to create a culture of continuous improvement and will lead, inspire and grow the capability of your team.</p>
<p>
For this role you&rsquo;ll need to have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience of leading, developing and inspiring large technical teams</li>
<li>The ability to quantify resource requirements, measure and communicate proposed outcomes, value, benefits and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experienced in managing performance and recognising and rewarding performance for a techincal team.</li>
<li>Be an advocate for career paths, identifying development opportunities and an ability to incubate and grow the talent pool.</li>
<li>Experience in setting up, conducting and interviewing for technical roles.</li>
<li>Experience in managing contracted resources.</li>
<li>Resilience and ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm to embrace situations positively to motivate and inspire engineering team members.</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience in these areas would be helpful:</p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate previous experience of carrying out a similar role within the financial services sector.</li>
<li>Experience in managing a technical team within a Data or IT function.</li>

Practice Manager - Data Engineering (12 Month Secondment)

</b></div></div><div><div><div><div><p>We have <b>5 x Data Engineer</b> opportunities, working in our Data and Analytics Delivery department. The Data Engineers will join the group on a 12-month fixed term contract to focus on the migration and integration of data into our new ecosystem.</p>
<p>
The Data Engineer will be designing, developing and testing quality data engineering solutions and will look to challenge and improve our processes, tools and approach. The person in post will undertake review and assurance activity, providing other team members with guidance on design, build and test activity.</p>
<p>
Adhering to standard driven code development, the Data Engineer will deliver solutions that meet business needs in a timely manner and will take responsibility for the testing of their solution, including the analysis of requirement, designs of test cases &amp; scripts, preparing test data and creating and executing tests to ensure effective and accurate deliverables.</p>
