The Groups Coordinator at World of Coca-Cola is the first point of contact for clients looking to enjoy our world class attraction. The primary responsibilities of this role are data entry and responding to customer inquiries by phone and email as well as training team members on processes. This role is responsible for ensuring PCI compliance (privacy and data protection) for reservation ticketing systems for The Coca-Cola Company and World of Coca-Cola.</p></div><p></p><div><p><br>
Key Functional Duties:</p></div><div><ul><li>
Customer Service/Communication</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Provide stellar customer service in all communications (via phone and email) with clients and internal partners.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Serve as first point of contact for incoming inquiries (groups, events, internal requests) and represent The Coca-Cola Company in a positive and professional manner.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Act as concierge and assist with itinerary planning for guests visiting Atlanta.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Deliver consistent and accurate messaging of protocols and procedures.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Escalate requests when appropriate and set guest expectations for response times.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
On-Site Liaison between Sales and Operations Team</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Assist with training of Coordinators and Ambassador operations team members on reservations/events processes and welcoming groups upon arrival.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Partner with operations team on special requests and arrival instructions.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Data Entry and Sales</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Coordinate and process all phases of reservations via phone and email with high accuracy. Follow up to reconfirm upcoming group arrivals/events, update reservations, and process payments.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Administrative Projects</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Perform group sales administrative duties including conference preparation, shipping, and customer gift assembly.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>

1+ years&rsquo; experience in reservation, customer service or administrative role preferably within the hospitality industry.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

As a key member of the QSE Team, the Safety Specialist will assure safety compliance throughout the organization and key focus areas to improve safety performance, have the right priorities, expertise and initiatives to achieve the company vision of &ldquo;Zero is Possible&rdquo;. This will include the execution of plans, initiative implementation that support metrics improvement, and technologies to deliver safety performance results.</p><p>
Coordinate and implement the Occupational Safety Management programs in compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements. Assesses matters related to Health, Safety &amp; Security, ensure a safe and healthy workplace, and enable compliance with company, local regulations and international standards mainly ISO 45001.
</p><p>Benchmark internally and externally, leverage best-in-class systems and processes for system integration, collaborate across functions, be result oriented, be a self-starter and creative, have constructive curiosity, and will bring innovative solutions.</p><p></p><p><b>
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Assist in the Development, implementation and monitoring Occupational Health and Safety and Loss Prevention Policy, Programs, and Procedures</li><li>
Assure adherence to the site safety management system to satisfy ISO 45001 standard, KORE Requirements, and local regulations:<ul><li>
Review and update frequently risk assessment</li><li>
Execute regulatory and KORE compliance assessment and drive robust action plans.</li><li>
Support annual safety program in collaboration with other plant functions, track, and assure it is completed as planned.</li><li>
Support robust change management program.</li><li>
Review and improve related procedures and standard work instructions</li></ul></li><li>
Coordinate and/or deliver general training to new associates, contractors and/or temporary personnel and technical training to assure capabilities are developed within the organization.</li><li>
Ensure safety data are reported accurately and timely.</li><li>
Perform internal audits to keep improving the system and support site audit readiness for ISO and GAO audits.</li><li>
Supervise, and evaluate service providers and contractors who do work under Safety.</li><li>
Conduct safety inspections and ensure documentation, follow-up and implementation of actions.
</li><li>Participate in the emergency and incident management plans improvement, training and assist with onsite management and off-site emergency services and exercises.</li><li>
Assure adherence with injury and illness prevention plan, support track safety performance, and ensure appropriate reporting. Use the TCCC reporting system (KOSMOS), to analyze trends and use them to drive relevant strategies.
</li><li>Develop and manage plant security programs in accordance with company standards and local requirements including key areas of electronic systems (Access control, perimeter detection, fire protection), manned guarding, contractors, and visitors.</li><li>
Follow the directions of ESLP manager in managing Safety budget, recommend cost savings and proactively negotiate with vendors and suppliers.</li><li>
Collaborate and benchmark internally and externally to ensure safety programs, guidelines and tools remain current and reflect the latest thinking, and to share best practices.</li><li>
Build a strong safety culture starting with leadership team, general manager, and frontline leaders.</li><li>
Maintain open communication and relationships within all levels of the organization including other CPS location Safety colleagues, CPS QSE Leadership Team, external government agencies and key stakeholders.
</li><li>Ensure dynamic CPS OSH communication within our network to standardize processes, drive priorities, show case best practices, share learnings in case of incidents.</li><li>
Contribute to CPS QSE Management System development, improvement and ensure integration/standardization.</li><li>
Advise senior management on strategies for Facility Fire Prevention &amp; Protection, to ensure compliance with Corporate &amp; Insurance requirements, and to minimize financial loss of assets due to fires.
</li></ul><ul><li>Investigate and report all incidents and Near Miss reports or complaints of hazardous working conditions to the safety committee
</li><li>Arrange for Occupational Health and Safety measurements and/or evaluations of the workplace by external agencies/consultants as may be necessary</li><li>Monitor safety indicators to act upon potential risks and propose preventive actions and plans to comply with Company standards and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Ensures timely delivery of quality and cost effective ESLP supplies (Personal Protective Equipment) from suppliers to end users according to departmental requirements and respective risk assessments. Ensure documented receipt of PPE by end users/representatives, as well as adequate training on efficient usage and maintenance of their PPE</li></ul><p></p><p>
Coordinate the training programs on Health and Safety and evaluate training effectiveness for further improvements</p><ul><li>Develop and conduct Plant safety Brief weekly</li><li>Provide support for all facility processes, laboratories and line modifications in relation to Health and Safety</li><li>Share Safety operating and capital expenses</li></ul><p>
Coordinate the assessment and development of the emergency &amp; incident management plans, co-ordinate with on-site management staff and off-site emergency services</p><p></p><p>
Job <b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s/master&rsquo;s degree, in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant technical area,</li><li>
3 to 5 years of Safety experience. Preferred in FMCG industries.</li><li>
Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Project management knowledge and experience.</li><li>
Certified Safety specialist &amp; safety committee member certified from NIOSH (Governmental accreditation).</li><li>
