Pull Package + incentivesDuties and responsibilities<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, setting objectives and managing budgets.</li><li>Market &amp; Customer Insight: Research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities and customer needs.</li><li>Lead Generation &amp; Sales: Generate leads (cold calling, networking), qualify prospects, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.</li><li>Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events) and create promotional content.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, handling complaints and seeking feedback.</li><li>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report on sales and marketing effectiveness to management.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with internal teams (product, design, etc.) to align goals, launch new offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Events &amp; Networking: Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and network.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
