</p><p></p><p>The GL Team Leader is responsible for managing a tenured staff resolving GL coverage, risk transfer, liability and damages in compliance with corporate claim settlement policies and procedures.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li><p>Leading 7&ndash; 8 General Liability Litigation Claim Handlers with corresponding claim inventories</p></li><li><p>
Effectively training, coaching and developing staff to enable optimal job performance and the achievement of individual and professional goals</p></li><li><p>
Managing and directing claim investigation, liability determinations, disposition and settlement, in compliance with corporate claim settlement policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>
Managing and implementing change including explaining drivers and business goals</p></li><li><p>

A technical resource for 7-8 General Liability Litigation Claim Handlers</p></li><li><p>
