 The Gist
 
 
 
 The Supply Planner owns the near-term execution of planned process orders and call-off Purchase Orders. The Supply Planner works in collaboration with the Planning Hub to create the master production schedule and ensures it translates into a by-day and by-shift production schedule for execution that maintains proper finished good and material inventory. The Supply Planner participates in the Sales &amp; Operations Planning process and is a key contributor to forecast and plan enrichments by working closely with sales and marketing on NPI timelines. The Supply Planner is a liaison between Operations and the Hub managing mid and long-term capacity planning.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Schedules weekly production plans by shift and day in SAP; updates and reports any revisions to the schedules.

 Global Digital &amp; Technology (D&amp;T) has a worldwide responsibility for all IT processes, solutions and services. The aim is to further enhance HEINEKEN Global Functions by delivering common business driven solutions and services.
 
 
 The Global Information Security department is part of Global D&amp;T and has the overall responsibility of assuring that HEINEKEN&rsquo;s IT Risks are properly managed and information assets &amp; technology is properly secured.
 
 
 The Global Information Security teams include Cyber Defence Operations (CDO), Security Competence Centre (SCC) and Security Chapters (ERP, Enterprise Architecture, Data Privacy, etc) to design, implement, monitor, respond and assist with recovery activities against cyberattacks. Role Purpose

Reporting to the Engineering &amp; Capex Manager, the Automation Engineer/PAPI is responsible for the ownership, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of onsite automation system hardware and software assets.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and automation support across maintenance, process improvement, fault finding, operations, quality, and capital projects, while also playing a key role in the site&rsquo;s digital transformation initiatives.

 As the Sales Safety Manager, you will be responsible for driving a strong safety culture within the commercial function by implementing and overseeing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives. Your primary focus will be to ensure a safe working environment for all employees by conducting risk assessments, delivering safety training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, and other relevant regulatory standards.  Incident Management &amp; Reporting

 Conduct thorough incident investigations to determine root causes and implement remedial actions.

 Promptly report safety events on the designated platform and coordinate accident investigations. Ensure all drivers have the necessary licenses, certifications, and compliance with legal requirements.

 Workplace Safety &amp; Injury Prevention
 </li>

 Minimize Lost Time Injuries (LTI) by enforcing strict adherence to safety policies and ensuring safe working conditions.

 Implement and monitor Manual Handling Procedures to prevent physical injuries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with warehouse and retail safety standards across Heineken and Distributor locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the administration and distribution of PPE in sales regions and warehouses as per operational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct routine inspections to ensure employees are equipped with and correctly using PPE.

 Good Housekeeping (GHK) &amp; 5S Implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply the 5S methodology to maintain workplace organization and cleanliness.

 Ensure that all internal warehouses adhere to Good Housekeeping (GHK) practices.

 Risk Assessment &amp; Hazard Prevention
 </li>

 Conduct emergency drills to ensure employee preparedness and compliance with emergency response protocols.

 Safety Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting

 Provide bi-weekly and monthly safety reports, including trend analyses, to relevant stakeholders.

 Key Requirements

 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Experience: 5+ years in safety management, fleet safety, transportation safety, or retail logistics safety.

 Certifications: DOT compliance certification, OSHA, NEBOSH, or other relevant safety certifications preferred.
 </li>
