The purpose of this role is to manage the planning, organization, and coordination of pack materials procurement operations in alignment with overall business goals. This role also supports the procurement department in analyzing and developing sourcing strategies, evaluating supplier options, and conducting major negotiations for both short- and long-term contracts.

<ul>
<li>Registers all opportunity evaluations, sourcing activities, and supplier codes in Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC) Sourcing system.

<li>Secures all necessary pack materials, ensuring delivery according to specifications, on time, in full, and at the most competitive cost.
</li>
<li>Provides accurate cost estimates and detailed requirements for processing purchase orders.
</li>
<li>Receives and processes supplier invoices; organizes payment arrangements in a timely manner.
</li>
<li>Prepares tenders and participates in negotiations to secure optimal supply terms for ABC and Heineken.

<li>Builds and manages supplier relationships to achieve commercially beneficial solutions under appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

 Manages the demand forecast in alignment with the sales and marketing teams. Supports in transforming the demand plan into a production plan. Gathers insights and data from relevant departments and develops a demand plan accordingly.

Account Manager - On Trade AB Sales

Job Purpose
 
The purpose of this role is to oversee the security operations of Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC). The Site Security Manager implements security procedures, and supervises security officers and guards.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
Creates the plant & WHs security plan & conduct risk assessments.
 
Acts in accordance with the risk assessment matrix.
 
Reports & Prepares and analyzes monthly incident reports in order to prevent recurrence.
 
Acts as a security problem solver and specialist in all security-related topics.
 
Ensures that plant & WH security plans are updated on a yearly basis
 
Ensures the availability of security equipment (CCTV, Barrier Gate, Handy) and performs preventative maintenance to keep it in good working order.
 
Communicates with police and local governmental officials to ensure the safety of the site's location.
 
Secures plants and Wh locations.
 
Ensures that all CCT licenses are renewed and current.
 
Reduces distribution toll rates for trucks and vehicles in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense.
 
Ensures that any materials/prducts etc entering or existing the plant ot warehouse have the necessary approvals based on the authority matrix.
 
Qualifications: 
Graduate of Police Faculty
 
Police backgroud and min 5 years of experience as Security in different industries, FMCG is a plus
 
Must have worked in Red Sea Police H.Q, specifically Hurghada.
