Position Summary</b></h2><p>
The Technical Product Manager partners with business and technology teams to translate business needs into product strategy, prioritized backlogs, and technology solutions that deliver measurable value. In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with stakeholders, engineers, architects, and Scrum teams to guide products from discovery through delivery while helping shape the future of IIA's digital platforms.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Work Arrangement</b></h2><p>
This is a <b>hybrid</b> position based in <b>Lake Mary, Florida</b>, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h2><ul><li>
Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, and roadmap planning for business and technology initiatives.</li><li>
Translate business needs into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.</li><li>
Partner with engineering teams, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies.</li><li>
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.</li><li>
Support products across CRM, member portals, learning platforms, commerce, APIs, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.</li><li>
Communicate product priorities, release plans, and progress to technical and business stakeholders.</li><li>
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while driving continuous improvement in product management practices.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.</li><li>
Experience translating business requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.</li><li>
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Working knowledge of APIs, SaaS platforms, systems integrations, and modern software delivery practices.</li><li>
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft 365.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience with CRM, CMS, LMS, commerce, identity, community, or enterprise platforms.</li><li>
Experience supporting digital products within associations, nonprofits, education, or professional services organizations.</li><li>
Familiarity with CI/CD, platform modernization, accessibility, security, and AI-enabled solutions.</li><li>
Product management certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Pragmatic Institute, or AIPMM are a plus.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The Technical Platform Lead is a hands-on engineering leader responsible for guiding IIA's platform, integration, and data engineering initiatives while leading and developing a team of engineers. This player-coach role combines technical leadership with people management, driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud solutions that power the organization's digital ecosystem.</p><p>
Working across Azure, Databricks, APIs, and enterprise SaaS platforms, you'll help shape the future of IIA's technology landscape while fostering engineering excellence, innovation, and AI-enabled development practices.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Guide development of enterprise integrations connecting Dynamics 365 and other SaaS platforms.</li><li>
Build and enhance data platforms that support analytics, reporting, and AI-driven capabilities.</li><li>
Champion AI-assisted development, automation, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.</li><li>
Partner with architects, product managers, security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.</li><li>
Contribute hands-on to architecture, code reviews, technical design, and complex engineering initiatives as a player-coach.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
8+ years of software, platform, or cloud engineering experience, including 2+ years leading or managing technical teams.</li><li>
Strong experience with Azure cloud services, API design, systems integration, and enterprise application development.</li><li>
Experience with data engineering concepts, SQL, Databricks, Spark, or similar modern data platforms.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with C#/.NET or comparable development frameworks.</li><li>
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and cloud engineering best practices.</li><li>
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience with Azure Integration Services, Dynamics 365, Databricks, Microsoft Entra External ID, and Power BI.</li><li>
Experience implementing AI-assisted software development practices.</li><li>
Experience within a membership association, nonprofit, or professional services organization.</li><li>
