 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, inspire excellence in your team, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing costs, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing training programs and operational enhancements to elevate the guest experience and streamline workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Competencies:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of local health and safety regulations preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus

 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 We are looking for a Bartender/Barista to work within The Ned Doha. If you have experience as a Bartender/Barista in a busy restaurant or hotel luxury environment, and you are enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service, then we want to hear from you!
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and cocktails according to established recipes and customer preferences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Service: Provide excellent service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, cocktail shakers, and other equipment, ensuring they are clean and functioning correctly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work Area Maintenance: Keep the bar and coffee stations clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, manage the cash register, and handle cash and credit card payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current beverage trends and techniques to enhance drink offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

 Qualifications:

 Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in preparing coffee drinks and cocktails, with a solid understanding of brewing methods and mixology techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications or licenses.

 Work Experience and Knowledge:

Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in delivering exceptional service, managing staff, and collaborating with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Manage and supervise banquet operations, ensuring events are executed flawlessly from start to finish.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored service to exceed expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with kitchen, catering, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient event operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee banquet setup, including d&eacute;cor, seating arrangements, and audio-visual needs.
