 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, inspire excellence in your team, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing costs, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
 </li>

 Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing training programs and operational enhancements to elevate the guest experience and streamline workflows.
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

 Qualifications &amp; Competencies:

 Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of local health and safety regulations preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus

 We are seeking a diligent and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team at The Ned Doha. As a Front Office Agent at The Ned Doha, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, address guest inquiries, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor.

 Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, following all procedures and protocols.

 to join our dynamic Food &amp; Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the seamless execution of events from start to finish.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Lead and support the banquet team in delivering flawless service for all events

 We are seeking for an Events Executive specialize in selling, planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and special occasions, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned to exceed client expectations.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Being able to handle independently events of different segments (social, corporate and outside caterings)
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing proposals, contracts, BEOs, maintaining records, and generating reports related to events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling any issues or challenges that arise before or during events, such as last-minute changes, technical difficulties, or guest complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales and revenue generation by promoting event services, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenues while meeting the needs of clients within budget constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that guests attending events at the hotel have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
