Our Dispatchers are an integral part of daily operations ensuring shuttles are dispatched timely to meet our service levels between the parking facility and airport. If you share our values for team, people, and service, we encourage you to apply with us!
Pay Rate: $15 / hour with regular bonus opportunities

Weekly Schedule:

<li>Full-time and Part-time opportunities available</li>
<li>Schedule Open: Overnights Monday &amp; Tuesday and Mornings Saturday &amp; Sunday</li>

Key Responsibilities of Dispatchers:
<ul>
<li>Dispatch shuttles and maintains ample coverage at the parking facility and airport</li>
<li>Ensure consistent service through proper movement of shuttles</li>
<li>Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals
</li><li>Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes</li>
<li>Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services</li>
<li>Maintain neat and clean work area
</li><li>Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service</li>
<li>Assist and educate guests on TPS Spot Club Program and inquiries
</li><li>Fill water cooler</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Experience of Dispatchers:
<ul>
<li>High school education or equivalent</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities</li>
<li>Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets
</li><li>Basic math and computer skills are essential</li>
<li>Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language</li>
