The Pink Tulip is a women's boutique that has been dressing Birmingham women since 1986. We are a mother-daughter owned business with two locations, Downtown Homewood and The Grove in Hoover, plus a growing online store. We hand-select every piece we carry and we know our customer personally. We are heading into our biggest fall season yet and we are building the team and the infrastructure to make it happen.This is not a remote role. This is not a &quot;manage our Instagram&quot; role. This is a creative production position where you will show up in person, bring ideas, execute shoots, and deliver consistent, beautiful content that represents our brand. You will work directly with our ownership team and be integrated into every part of our marketing. This will begin as a part time position a few days a week and could quickly move into full time depending on your abilities.<ul><li>Plan, style, and produce photo and video shoots from concept to finished asset</li><li>Appear on camera as a brand representative and help coordinate other on-camera talent</li><li>Source and schedule models including working with our store team</li><li>Create graphics, reels, stories, and campaign visuals for social, email, and ads</li><li>Maintain a consistent visual identity across every platform we operate on</li><li>Bring original content ideas every single time you come in and execute them</li><li>Work out of our brand new content studio launching this summer</li></ul>You do not need years of corporate experience. You do need to be creative, confident, organized, and genuinely excited about fashion and brand storytelling.
