Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Curriculum Implementation:</li><li>Facilitate the Advance Montessori syllabus, focusing on complex Exercises of Practical Life (EPL), advanced Sensorial work, and Decimal System Mathematics.</li><li>Lead the transition from phonetic sounds to sentence construction and creative writing in English and Urdu.</li><li>Introduce abstract concepts through Montessori concrete materials (e.g., Bead Frames, Moveable Alphabet).</li><li>Prepared Environment:</li><li>Design and maintain a meticulously organized, aesthetic, and &quot;prepared&quot; classroom that invites self-directed learning.</li><li>Ensure all Montessori apparatus is complete, clean, and accessible to students.</li><li>Observation &amp; Record Keeping:</li><li>Maintain detailed observation logs for each child to track their &quot;sensitive periods&quot; and developmental milestones.</li><li>Prepare individualized progress reports and portfolios for parent-teacher conferences.</li><li>Student Mentorship:</li><li>Foster a sense of community and leadership, encouraging older children to mentor younger peers.</li><li>Promote grace, courtesy, and self-discipline without the need for traditional rewards or punishments.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Graduate degree (B.A/B.Sc) from a recognized university.</li><li>Certification: Diploma in Montessori Method of Education (Early Childhood) from a reputable training center (e.g., AMI, MMTI, or PMC).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically teaching Advance Montessori / Prep levels.</li><li>Skills: * Mastery over the use of Montessori apparatus and pedagogy.</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written) to model correct pronunciation and vocabulary.</li><li>Creative ability to design DIY teaching aids and classroom decor.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>A calm, patient, and observant nature.</li><li>Deep understanding of child psychology and developmental stages.</li></ul>Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Admissions Funnel Management:</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for admission inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and digital platforms.</li><li>Conduct professional campus tours for prospective parents, highlighting the school&rsquo;s curriculum (Montessori/Cambridge) and facilities.</li><li>Follow up diligently with &quot;warm leads&quot; to convert inquiries into registrations.</li><li>Parent Relationship Management:</li><li>Explain the fee structure, admission requirements, and school policies clearly and confidently.</li><li>Guide parents through the documentation process and entrance assessment schedules.</li><li>Address parent concerns with empathy and professional tact.</li><li>Administrative Enrollment Tasks:</li><li>Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all inquiries and new admissions in the school ERP.</li><li>Manage the filing and verification of student personal files and NADRA documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding registration fees and security deposits.</li><li>Campus Representation:</li><li>Maintain a highly presentable and professional appearance at all times.</li><li>Ensure the reception and admission area is organized, aesthetic, and stocked with updated brochures/prospectuses.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English and Urdu skills are mandatory for effective parent counseling.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Must be persuasive, patient, and able to build immediate rapport with diverse visitors.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in a front-office or admissions role within a reputable educational institution is highly preferred.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) for maintaining tracking sheets and generating reports.</li><li>Personal Attributes: Energetic, well-spoken, and able to work under the pressure of admission deadlines.</li></ul>Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
