Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Development &amp; Instruction:<ul><li>Design and deliver a complete Grade 1 curriculum covering core subjects: Literacy (Phonics, Reading, Writing), Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.</li><li>Create engaging, hands-on, and differentiated lesson plans that cater to our child's unique learning style and interests.</li><li>Integrate play-based learning, educational games, and exploratory activities to make learning dynamic and effective.</li></ul>2. Learning Environment &amp; Management:<ul><li>Establish and maintain a dedicated, organized, and print-rich learning space within the home.</li><li>Foster a positive, patient, and encouraging atmosphere that builds confidence and resilience.</li><li>Implement simple, consistent routines and positive behavior guidance strategies.</li></ul>3.
