Spring's team is looking for a rare creative partner &mdash; a highly intuitive video and photo content creator who can document Spring's life, work, events, offers, community, and ecosystem through powerful storytelling content.
This is a retainer-based role for someone who can move inside the ecosystem with trust, taste, discretion, and creative ownership. We're looking for a &quot;Drock-style&quot; creator: someone who can move with the founder, capture real moments as they happen, understand the story behind the room, and turn raw footage into content that builds connection, trust, authority, and desire.
You don't need to be at that level yet &mdash; but you need proven experience, not training from scratch. You need the eye, instinct, drive, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and creative hunger to grow into the role fast.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3>
What You'll Capture<ul><li>
Founder lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content</li><li>
Event and retreat coverage</li><li>
Storytelling reels and short-form videos</li><li>
Paid ad creatives</li><li>
Testimonials and client transformation moments</li><li>
Launch and promotional content</li><li>
Community and brand-building content</li><li>
Photo and UGC-style assets for social, web, ads, and campaigns</li><li>
Capture leadership, teachings, events, conversations, and ecosystem moments</li><li>
Film and photograph live events, retreats, activations, workshops, and launches</li><li>
Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other platforms</li><li>
Create reels, recap videos, promo clips, testimonials, and event assets</li><li>
Spot strong content opportunities in real time</li><li>
Build and organize a clean archive of footage, photos, selects, and final assets</li><li>
Align content with launches, campaigns, and messaging alongside the marketing team</li><li>
Move quickly during high-output periods without sacrificing quality</li><li>
Know when to capture, when to step back, and when a moment requires privacy</li></ul>
Travel &amp; Availability
Not a traditional 9-to-5 production job. Expect intense creative periods, launches, events, and travel windows, followed by slower stretches focused on editing and planning. Valid passport required.

Technical Skills<ul><li>
Video filming and photography experience</li><li>
Strong short-form editing</li><li>
Solid grasp of lighting, framing, audio, pacing, captions, and platform formats</li><li>
Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar</li><li>
Comfortable managing footage, exports, folders, and archives</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
