The Role</b></p><p>
The HVAC Lead Installer works diligently to keep the project running smoothly and profitably with a positive attitude, desire to exceed client expectations and desire to learn the trade. The HVAC Lead Installer accomplishes this work leveraging each other&rsquo;s strengths, and using strong communication and coordinating efforts with internal departments.</p><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain communication with internal teams.</li><li>
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.</li><li>
Clearly, effectively and timely communicate with HVAC Install Manager and supervisors to review job details.</li><li>
Adapt project work when necessary due to interruptions, scope changes, or other unforeseen conditions.</li><li>
Follow Installation procedures and processes and ensure HVAC Install Apprentice follows the Installation procedures and processes.</li><li>
Accurately report labor hours and maintain JIT.</li><li>
Complete replacement closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon completion of job.</li><li>
Properly complete required paperwork.</li><li>
Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training and one-on-one coaching.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Do I Have What it Takes?</b></div><ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license to drive company vehicle.</li><li>
Universal EPA Certificate</li><li>
Service Titan experience preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of HVAC field installation experience.
</li><li>Ability to lift loads up to 75 pounds on a regular basis</li><li>
Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs</li></ul><div>

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?</b></div><ul><li>
Install/Replace HVAC Duct Work</li><li>
Help install equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)</li><li>
Maintain good working order of company vehicle</li><li>
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.</li><li>
Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer</li><li>
Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
</li><li>Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement</li><li>
Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments</li><li>
Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.</li><li>
Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Minimum Tool Requirements: Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammer.</li><li>

Working knowledge of city codes
