Position Overview:
Town &amp; Country Super Market, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Pricing Specialist to join our Host Office team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our 30 grocery stores with retail pricing management using BRdata back-office software. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Pricing Management: Maintain and manage accurate pricing and cost information across all stores.</li>
<li>Promotional and Zone Pricing: Implement various promotional pricing strategies and manage multiple zone pricing by store or vendor.</li>
<li>Label and Sign Printing: Print and distribute shelf labels and signs.</li>
<li>Pricing Comparisons: Conduct Host to Store Pricing Comparisons to ensure consistency and accuracy.</li>
<li>Communication: Answer and return emails and calls in a timely manner, handling or routing them appropriately.</li>
<li>Software Proficiency: Utilize BRdata software, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs to perform job functions effectively.</li>
<li>Problem Solving: Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies and issues.</li>
<li>Organization: Maintain organized records and documentation related to pricing and promotions.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with store operations, vendors, and other team members to ensure seamless pricing operations.</li>
<li>Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and team-building skills in all interactions.</li>
</ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: Previous experience in retail, retail pricing, or a related field is beneficial.</li>
<li>Skills:</li>
<li><ul><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, etc.).</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Close attention to detail.</li>

Retail Pricing Specialist - Host Office

<div><div><div>Grocery Clerk Job Description
Grocery clerks are responsible to make sure the grocery section of the store is well-stocked for our customers. They assist in receiving, storing, and stocking of products while ensuring proper product rotation and quality. They create and build product displays, ensure proper fronting of products, and handle product damages and credits according to company policy. Grocery clerks must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers in locating items. In addition, grocery clerks may be required to perform all duties of a cashier.
Duties:
Grocery Clerks unload trucks; process, price, and display products; hang shelf tags, organize backroom, sweep and mop, bag groceries and take to cars, retrieve carts from parking lot, cleaning, maintain equipment and work area. Using equipment including box cutter, pallet jacks, power jacks, cardboard baler, floor scrubber, ladders and lifts. and other duties as assigned. Must be 18 to use powered equipment.
