What is the opportunity?</b></div><div></div><div><br>
This position will be hybrid with 3 days required on-site per week.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Manager, Purchasing Solutions is responsible for maintaining national governance by assisting the Divisions with new community setup in EnterpriseOne (E1), providing ongoing national and divisional support and maintenance in EnterpriseOne, and providing &ldquo;ways of working&rdquo; business related support to divisional purchasing teams. This role understands and applies national guidance to facilitate consistent, enterprise-wide setup to aid with efficiency and troubleshooting and identifies opportunities for setup to be streamlined and improved. The Manager, Purchasing Solutions must have strong EnterpriseOne technical skills coupled with business process experience. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of EnterpriseOne system investments.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What are the primary responsibilities?</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
New community Set Up</b></div><ul><li>
Develop a deep understanding of setup for each trade and collaborate with Division teams to facilitate new community setup</li><li>
Focus on consistent, enterprise-wide setup, to facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting</li><li>
Partner with the Division teams to validate data</li><li>
Understand and adhere to deadlines to ensure on-time opening of new communities</li></ul><div><b>
On-going support</b></div><ul><li>
Engage with end users to implement national purchasing strategies<ul><li>
Assist with setup and transition to new option and item numbers (if applicable)</li><li>
Review and revise Division setup (e.g. rules, valid values) as option and item numbers change or product optimization occurs to ensure a timely transition</li><li>
Develop knowledge to suggest alternate setup solutions based on specific, approved use cases</li><li>
Complete E1 update processes that must be run when class codes are adjusted</li></ul></li><li>
Monitor E1 Purchasing Teams channel to provide end user support on EnterpriseOne system functionality and Toll ways of working<ul><li>
Identify opportunities for documentation updates and additional end user training</li></ul></li><li>
Document Purchasing setup processes and trade strategies to facilitate future setup and troubleshooting</li></ul><div><b>
Strategy &amp; Planning</b></div><ul><li>
Review stakeholder and user requirements to implement Purchasing solutions within E1</li><li>
Provide insight and recommendations on business processes and information process flow to improve Purchasing efficiency both in day-to-day operations and in E1</li><li>
Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of enhancements to existing applications</li><li>
Test enhancements from a user perspective to identify and resolve issues before deployment to end users</li><li>
Perform testing to confirm issue resolution prior to implementation in production environment</li><li>
Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues with integrated platform(s)</li><li>
Phase 2 EnterpriseOne conversion for legacy Toll Divisions and future acquisitions<ul><li>
Collaboration with other functional areas including cost code mapping, trade code validation, program assortment, and more</li><li>
Data validation to confirm new setup ties out to legacy data</li></ul></li></ul><div>

Do you have these qualifications?</b></div><ul><li>
Essential<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Minimum 5+ years&rsquo; experience in Residential Purchasing or other relevant experience in the residential building sector</li><li>
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel</li><li>
Functional working knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1)</li></ul></li><li>
Preferred<ul><li>
Ability to read construction drawings and understand estimating takeoffs</li><li>
Experience with EnterpriseOne (E1) Homebuilder Sales Solution (HBSS)</li><li>
Experience with Hyphen Solutions BuildPro software</li></ul></li></ul><div>
