Line Cooks are the heart of the kitchen &ndash; where our Damn Good food is made from scratch every day! In a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for:

<li>Fry Cook: Master the fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor.</li>
<li>Grill Cook: Operate the grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection.</li>
<li>Saute Cook: Manage the saut&eacute; station, handling various ingredients to create dishes that are flavorful and perfectly cooked.</li>
<li>Steam Cook: Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor.</li>
<li>Taco: Assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring each one meets our high standards and guests&rsquo; expectations.</li>

What you&rsquo;ll be doing:

<li>Cooking &amp; Prep: Prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on the grill, fryer, saut&eacute;, and steam stations according to Torchy's recipes and standards.</li>
<li>Quality Control: Monitor the quality and presentation of each dish, ensuring that every taco meets our Damn Good standards before it reaches the guest.</li>
<li>Cleanliness &amp; Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with other BOH Team Members to ensure all food is prepared timely and correctly, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.</li>
<li>Inventory Management: Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients, ensuring the kitchen is set up for success before and during service.</li>
<li>Efficiency: Operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods to keep up with guest demand, while maintaining the quality and presentation of the food.</li>

We&rsquo;re looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy&rsquo;s recipes.

What you&rsquo;ll be doing:

<li>Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.</li>
<li>Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy&rsquo;s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.</li>
<li>Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.</li>
<li>Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.</li>
<li>Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.</li>
<li>Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li>
