  Key Responsibilities

   Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for marketing campaigns, events, corporate communications, training, and social media platforms.
  </li>
  <li>
   Operate cameras, lighting equipment, audio devices, and other production gear.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts, storyboards and campaign ideas.
  </li>
  <li>
   Edit raw footage into engaging videos using professional editing software.
  </li>
  <li>
   Add visual effects, graphics, animations, captions, and sound enhancements as required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage video assets, footage libraries, and production files.
  </li>
  <li>
   Set up and maintain production equipment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production.
  </li>
  <li>
   Produce content optimized for multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and company websites.
  </li>

 The Junior Communications Specialist is responsible for providing support with all routine communications and tasks for all assigned accounts including the execution of communications plans and programs and coordinating with other support team members to ensure the successful completion of each task as well as working according to TRACCS' standards, systems and procedures at all times.

 The Junior Communications Specialist should be able to support his/her team with tactical activities and deliverables while ensuring that all deadlines are being met.

   A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or communications, with any work experience being a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to execute all tasks assigned promptly and with attention to detail
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent verbal and written communications, and research skills
  </li>
  <li>
   The attitude and willingness to learn, improve and grow
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  </li>
