Job Title: Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $45,000 - $87,000 USD per annum (dependant on experience) Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and external partners, handling all enquiries with professionalism and empathy. * Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner. * Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using our booking system. * Greet patients upon arrival, manage the check-in process, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. * Provide information about the centre’s services, procedures, and policies. * Maintain and update patient records with a strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection principles. * Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication. * Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Qualifications * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. * Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to show empathy and patience. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a high level of computer literacy. * A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour. * Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
