As a Certified Med Tech/Med-Aide, you are responsible for the following:
<ul>
<li>Help residents stay healthy by assisting with medications as prescribed by their doctors</li>
<li>Receive, organize, and store meds</li>
<li>Be a go-to support for your supervisor&mdash;check vitals, keep an eye on skin health, and track weight changes.</li>
<li>Stay in the loop: review care plans daily and keep your team updated on any changes.</li>
<li>Be there for the important moments&mdash;help residents with admissions, transfers, and discharges.</li>
<li>And of course, lend a hand with anything else that helps our community thrive!</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Highschool diploma/GED</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification required</li>
<li>Completion of the Qualified Medication Aide program with a current license based on state requirements</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English</li></ul>

Join our team as a Concierge/Receptionist, where you&rsquo;ll play an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for residents, families, and visitors. 

What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Greet residents, families, and guests with a smile and provide outstanding customer service.</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with community information.</li>
<li>Support residents with day-to-day needs such as scheduling and coordinating appointments.</li>
<li>Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, ensuring their comfort along the way.</li>
<li>Receive deliveries and assist with coordinating services for residents.</li>
<li>Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, or data entry.</li>
<li>Help maintain the reception area to ensure it&rsquo;s always welcoming and professional.</li>
<li>Partner with other team members to make sure residents feel supported, comfortable, and cared for.</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>A positive, professional, and approachable demeanor.</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and handle a variety of requests with patience and kindness.</li>
<li>Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.</li>
<li>Compassion and respect for older adults and their families.</li>
<li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license with a good driving record.</li></ul>

As a Caregiver/Nurse Aid at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.</li>
<li>Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.</li>
<li>Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.</li>
<li>Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.</li></ul> 


The ideal candidate will:
<ul>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.</li>
<li>Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification</li>
<li>Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment</li>
<li>Must be available some weekends and holidays*</li></ul>
