Are you a dynamic and driven sales and marketing professional with a talent for connecting people and solutions? Join our team as the Sales and Marketing Manager for our assisted living community, where you&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in welcoming new residents and showcasing our exceptional senior living experience. This is your chance to combine your sales expertise with a mission-driven purpose, helping families and seniors find a place they can call home. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will focus on the following: 

<ul><li>Sales Leadership: Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise by providing personalized consultations and addressing inquiries to highlight the community&rsquo;s unique offerings.</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Marketing Strategy: Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, events, open houses, and informational sessions that attract prospects and strengthen the community&rsquo;s brand presence through digital and traditional advertising channels, including social media, print materials, and community outreach programs.</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Relationship Building: Regularly engage with community stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners, such as healthcare providers, social workers, and local organizations.</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Team Collaboration: Partner with the Executive Director and community staff to ensure seamless communication and a consistent resident experience.</li></ul> 


The ideal candidate will have:
<ul>
<li>Two years of Proven experience working in a commission-based sales and marketing role, preferably within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.</li>
<li>A passion for helping seniors and families navigate life&rsquo;s transitions.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and sales reporting. Lead management and selling/closing techniques tailored to meet the needs of our senior living market.</li>
<li>Must be a high-energy, persistent self-starter that thrives in a sales environment.</li>
<li>Must be available to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>
