<div><p><b>Mission:
</b></p><p>The mission of this role is to represent Truth For Life&rsquo;s dedication to teach the Bible with clarity and relevance through our video production process. The desired applicant will be involved in planning and production. and post-production of video assets. He or she will also engage with the digital team to ensure that TFL delivers quality video resources efficiently and effectively. Specifically, in conjunction with the Content Team, the Video Producer will be responsible for helping plan video projects, assisting in defining goals, developing concepts, and scheduling shoots. Through the production process, he or she will be responsible for directing the project by overseeing the filming, coordinating the crew (as necessary) and ensuring the plan is executed to the highest standards. After the footage is captured, he or she will be responsible for the editing, pacing, graphics, brand consistency, and delivery of the final product.</p>

First-Year Outcomes</b></p>

<ul><li>Practical working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Truth For Life video production process.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Play a key role in creating short videos for social media and the TFL website. Prepare outside messages for delivery to our communication channels. Provide support for Year End campaigns, Truthpartner campaigns, and other communications initiatives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Refining the video production processes to fit the mission of TFL and the content team objectives. Document procedures to enable coordination with all departments as necessary.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Successfully meet all production deadlines with excellent deliverables.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Establish a team of freelance and contracted support to enable creation of high quality, high quantity, dependable video content.</li></ul>

Workstation, camera(s), lighting, software, and other video items purchased and implemented.</p></div><div><p><br>
Participate as part of a world-class Content Team through coaching, training, and project planning.</p><p><br>
Work with a team of 5 members, participate in 100 combined hours of ongoing training, participate in quarterly evaluations.</p></div><div><p><br>
Evaluate outsourced functions &amp; staff</p><p><br>
Complete quarterly evaluations of each outsourced vendor and/or staff member</p></div><div><p><br>
Coordinate with Marketing, Station Relations and Digital Communication teams to produce social media, Resource and Campaign videos as needed.</p><p><br>
24 Premium Resource videos produced, Year End and Truthpartner campaign videos produced, and Social Media video assets produced as needed.</p></div><div><p><br>
Ensure that all archived content is saved and available digitally for remastering archival content as needed.</p><p><br>
Archived non-digital content is digitized. Remastered archival content is on pace with audio broadcast creation.</p>
