Job Description 

Turner &amp; Townsend are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
This role will support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center campus or mission-critical construction program within the U.S. Candidates should have experience supporting complex capital projects and technically sophisticated facilities within fast-paced construction environments.
To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In this significant position, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction, embedding, and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner &amp; Townsend.
Ability and willingness to work onsite in support of project and client needs. Candidates must be based within commuting distance of the project location, or be open to relocation, and be available to work onsite as required by the client and project team. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.</li><li>
Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.</li><li>
Review and participate with the design services team and general contractor in the development of cost estimates.</li><li>
Reconcile changes and assist the general contractor to ensure that their data is accurate.</li><li>
Communicate or meet with the general contractor and owner of project manager to gather status information to prepare a cost estimate update.</li><li>
Prepare written comments to the general contractor&rsquo;s submissions, including the executive summary.</li><li>
Coordinate all sources of cost information for cost discussions and suppliers direct from NPA, subs, quantities from A/Es.</li><li>
Inform and drive engineering priorities based on cost impact.</li><li>
Work proactively with minimal supervision to resolve scheduling issues.</li><li>
Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects. Complete timely, accurate cost checking and valuation processes.</li><li>
Participate effectively with post-contract cost variances and the change of control processes.</li><li>
Manage Cost impact / contingency management and commitment tracking logs.</li><li>
Prepare funding data presentations and coordinate VE sessions with stakeholders.</li><li>
Developing cost plans and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.</li><li>
Providing commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.</li><li>
Reviewing contractor and subcontractor pricing and leading negotiations on behalf of the client to drive fair contract prices.</li><li>
Performing quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.</li><li>
Ensuring that cost auditing and valuation work is managed effectively and that a robust process for cost validation is in place.</li><li>
Carrying out the production of monthly cost reports for presentation to the client.</li><li>
Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed upon in a timely manner.</li><li>
Compiling built cost estimate records for benchmarking purposes.</li><li>
Identify, coach and mentor talent to realize their potential and celebrate the success of others.</li><li>
Display excellence in leadership and service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment.</li><li>
Financial Management - Utilize internal software to track ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commission and financial reports.</li><li>
Implement and maintain the use of internal Business Management Systems and company delivery methodologies and tools in the office to ensure consistent delivery of best practice for Clients and the company.</li><li>

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Ability and willingness to work onsite in support of project and client needs. RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.</li><li>
Experience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity, preferably within data center, mission-critical, advanced technology, industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, power, or major infrastructure environments.</li><li>
Experience supporting hyperscale data center campuses, mission-critical facilities, large-scale capital programs, or highly technical facilities is preferred.</li><li>
Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>

The base salary range for this role is $135K-$165K USD. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Additional Information

The HR Coordinator will closely support the regional HR team with various administrative responsibilities related to on-boarding, recruitment, L&amp;D, employee records management and more. The Saudi business currently employs circa 475 staff across the Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Natural resource sectors, and is forecast to continue growing.
The KSA business has a vacancy for a Senior accountant to help manage the Finance function and be a Business Partner to the local leadership team. 
Job Purpose
Senior Accountant reporting to the KSA Finance Director.
We require a qualified and technically strong accountant preferably with at least 5 years post qualification experience that includes preparing Management Accounts, Forecasts, Project Accounting and will act as a Business Partner.
This person will be a strong team player with experience working in an environment with conflicting pressures and heavy workloads and they will be required to work on their own initiative when needing to manage unusual and ad-hoc requirements.
The role will require frequent interaction with the senior management to ensure objectives are aligned, therefore strong communication skills are also required.
The successful candidate will be a key Business Partner to the KSA Management and Sector Managers in addition to ensuring minimum financial governance standards are met. A minimum of 5 years post qualified experience, ideally KSA based with MNC consultancy/construction industry experience is highly preferable.

Deliver clear &amp; accurate month end reporting requirements to timetable. Working closely with Commission Leads and the Finance Leads to ensure Management Accounts, Financial reports &amp; Forecasts are as accurate as possible.</li><li>

Job Description 

Turner &amp; Townsend are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager to act as the key day-to-day client interface, delivering cost management services across a large-scale data center program located in Fayetteville, approximately 22 miles South of Atlanta.
This role will have a strong emphasis on change management, cost control, and commercial governance, ensuring that all project changes are effectively evaluated, managed, and communicated throughout the construction lifecycle within a fast-paced, high-volume program environment.
To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex change processes across multiple stakeholders. In this position, you will provide leadership and direction, embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner &amp; Townsend. 
 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead and manage change management processes across the program, ensuring all changes are properly identified, evaluated, documented, and approved.</li><li>
Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring commercial alignment and cost transparency.</li><li>
Maintain and manage change logs, contingency tracking, and commitment registers, providing clear visibility into cost impacts.</li><li>

Support dispute avoidance and resolution through strong commercial oversight and documentation of changes.</li><li>

Qualifications

Regular onsite presence is required.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;7+ years of cost management or project controls experience on medium‑ to large‑scale construction programs.</li><li>
Mission‑critical, industrial, or large campus‑scale experience preferred.</li><li>
Consultancy experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost‑control systems, and Earned Value Management (EVM).</li><li>
Proven experience managing full change‑management processes on major construction programs.</li><li>
Strong cost‑focused project controls background, including forecasting and variance analysis.</li><li>
Ability to interpret schedules and assess cost impacts across phases and trades.</li><li>

RICS accreditation (or progress toward certification) is advantageous.</li><li>

The ideal applicate with have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, ideally gained through the delivery of complex infrastructure / real estate projects.
