The Saudi business currently employs circa 475 staff across the Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Natural resource sectors, and is forecast to continue growing.
The KSA business has a vacancy for a Senior accountant to help manage the Finance function and be a Business Partner to the local leadership team. 
Job Purpose
Senior Accountant reporting to the KSA Finance Director.
We require a qualified and technically strong accountant preferably with at least 5 years post qualification experience that includes preparing Management Accounts, Forecasts, Project Accounting and will act as a Business Partner.
This person will be a strong team player with experience working in an environment with conflicting pressures and heavy workloads and they will be required to work on their own initiative when needing to manage unusual and ad-hoc requirements.
The role will require frequent interaction with the senior management to ensure objectives are aligned, therefore strong communication skills are also required.
The successful candidate will be a key Business Partner to the KSA Management and Sector Managers in addition to ensuring minimum financial governance standards are met. A minimum of 5 years post qualified experience, ideally KSA based with MNC consultancy/construction industry experience is highly preferable. 

Key Selected Responsibilities
Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Deliver clear &amp; accurate month end reporting requirements to timetable. Working closely with Commission Leads and the Finance Leads to ensure Management Accounts, Financial reports &amp; Forecasts are as accurate as possible.</li><li>
Business Partnering, Project profitability, Project Revenue Trackers, Project Accounting &amp; WIP analysis are key reports to the business.</li><li>
Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are maintained with any reconciling variances articulated and managed in accordance with financial reporting standards.</li><li>
Supporting other ad-hoc month end reporting in line with group timetable, including providing support on commentary for variance analysis.</li><li>
Revenue Trackers, Income Statement accurately recorded and maintained.</li><li>
Assisting with annual statutory audit.</li><li>
Support the annual Budget submission.</li><li>
Processing General Ledger journal transactions for both Income Statement and Balance Sheet.</li><li>
Client invoicing &ndash; a critical requirement occurring at a critical time requiring the candidate to manage conflicting time and workload pressures.</li><li>
Intercompany account reconciliations with relevant action then being taken where necessary.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with accounting policies &ndash; both external reporting standards and internal policies.</li></ul>
Payroll<ul><li>
Support preparation of monthly payroll.</li><li>
Generation of payroll journals and relevant payroll recons.</li><li>
Responding to payroll queries as and when required.</li></ul>
Tax<ul><li>
Good knowledge of KSA VAT and Tax laws and practices will be a significant advantage.</li></ul> 
Qualifications

Job Description 

Turner &amp; Townsend are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager to act as the key day-to-day client interface, delivering cost management services across a large-scale data center program located in Fayetteville, approximately 22 miles South of Atlanta.
This role will have a strong emphasis on change management, cost control, and commercial governance, ensuring that all project changes are effectively evaluated, managed, and communicated throughout the construction lifecycle within a fast-paced, high-volume program environment.

Qualifications

The Senior Consultant (Information Management) is responsible for establishing, implementing, operating, and continuously improving the organisation&rsquo;s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and the wider Common Data Environment (CDE). The role ensures that information flows, document control processes, data structures, integrations, and digital platforms operate as a cohesive, governed, secure, and compliant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
A. EDMS Strategy, Governance &amp; Information Management

Job Description 
Turner &amp; Townsend is hiring an ambitious Senior Project Engineer to support our client by supporting core project coordination efforts across their project. This is a support and reporting role, with the PE reporting directly to the client for construction project managers.
Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>
Manage individual tasks throughout the construction process.</li><li>
Transcribe meeting minutes and action items and drive each item to closure.</li><li>
Ensure project compliance with project document controls and file specifications.</li><li>
Administer project closeout specifications and associated turnover documentation.</li><li>
Regular collaboration and coordination with client project team and contractor operatives.</li><li>
Support application for payment and progress reporting processes.</li></ul>
Daily tasks include:<ul><li>
Request for information processing (logging, recording and reporting) to support review and sign off by others.</li><li>
Change order administration (logging, recording and reporting) to support review and sign off by others.</li><li>
Meeting coordination.</li><li>
Administration of project observation reports.</li><li>
Transition of close-out documentation to operations.</li></ul>
Duties:<ul><li>
Prepare agenda and documents for scheduled design engineering meetings and drive action items to close.</li><li>
Assist client project managers in implementation of project specifications.</li><li>
Prioritize input required from internal stakeholders and drive to meet scheduled timelines.</li><li>
Assist project manager in preparing monthly financial updates and forecasts.</li><li>
Facilitate page-turn reviews and capture comments with action items for the internal team.</li><li>
Where applicable, work closely with Operations to coordinate work</li><li>
Awareness of the importance of mission-critical facility operation.</li><li>
Support the project commissioning team.</li><li>
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.</li><li>
Additional duties as assigned from time to time by Management.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in construction management, or similar field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity required.</li><li>
Facility construction experience is preferred.</li><li>
Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).</li><li>
Construction management is a strong preference.</li><li>
Good with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms (MS Office skills essential).</li></ul> 

Additional Information 
The salary range for this full-time role is $140K-$160K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner &amp; Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate&rsquo;s experience and qualifications.

Do you want to be part of our successful Graduate Development Program supporting top clients for Turner &amp; Townsend across the U.S. We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Project Management Analyst to work in our growing team.
The route to becoming a professional at Turner &amp; Townsend involves development in various competencies. The Turner &amp; Townsend Graduate Development Program has been designed to provide recent graduates, with less than two years of industry experience, with opportunities to further develop their careers and offer exposure to the services in which we specialize in order to become a successful consultant upon graduation of the program.
The Program is intended to take approximately 2 years in duration, and experience is based upon achievement of various competencies in each core service.
The program is offered at our Milpitas, CA location.
As a Project Management Analyst, you will play a key role in managing construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion. You&rsquo;ll work with clients and teams to control scope, schedule, cost, and quality ensuring successful delivery every time.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.</li><li>
Manage individual tasks throughout the construction process including submittal and RFI processes.</li><li>
Assist with the preparation of proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.</li><li>
Assist with establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.</li><li>
Ensure that key information and data are effectively shared and appropriately retained.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and team members.</li><li>
Interface with multiple stakeholders, including executive management, project team members, consultants and vendors.</li><li>
Assist with the flow of project information between team members / stakeholders.</li><li>
Attend relevant meetings, update and maintain current issues/actions logs.</li><li>
Transcribe meeting minutes and action items and drive each item to closure.</li><li>
Development of detailed project plans, attendance at status meetings and follow-up with team members on completion status, close-out of open items.</li><li>
Contribute monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program.</li><li>
Preparation of various reports for multiple audiences, including formal project management reports, executive dashboards, and other reporting requirements.</li><li>
Daily tasks include submittal approval management, RFI processing, change order management, meeting coordination, punch-list management, administration of project observation reports, participation in commissioning, and transition of close-out documentation to operations.</li><li>
Procurement: Assist with the procurement of suppliers / resources as required.</li><li>
Monitor and assist the Project Manager with applying performance management techniques.</li><li>
Monitor and report on project costs/spending, maintain project cost tracking &amp; EVM systems.</li><li>
Liaise with the client&rsquo;s finance team and others to obtain information, review &amp; report finance/cost data.</li><li>
