Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Cost Manager - Post Contract to join our Energy &amp; Natural Resources team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this senior-level position, you will manage post-contract services with confidence, handling interim applications, change management, variation valuations, and extension of time claims whilst administering contract procedures in accordance with standard form contracts, particularly FIDIC. You will play a critical role in protecting project profitability, ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining contractual compliance, and delivering exceptional cost management outcomes.<ul><li>

Qualifications

Job Description 
The HR Coordinator will closely support the regional HR team with various administrative responsibilities related to on-boarding, recruitment, L&amp;D, employee records management and more. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. Being able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations are done accurately and timely. Having initiative and having a problem-solving mindset are critical in the role.

The KSA business has a vacancy for a Senior accountant to help manage the Finance function and be a Business Partner to the local leadership team. 
Job Purpose
Senior Accountant reporting to the KSA Finance Director.
We require a qualified and technically strong accountant preferably with at least 5 years post qualification experience that includes preparing Management Accounts, Forecasts, Project Accounting and will act as a Business Partner.
This person will be a strong team player with experience working in an environment with conflicting pressures and heavy workloads and they will be required to work on their own initiative when needing to manage unusual and ad-hoc requirements.
The role will require frequent interaction with the senior management to ensure objectives are aligned, therefore strong communication skills are also required.
The successful candidate will be a key Business Partner to the KSA Management and Sector Managers in addition to ensuring minimum financial governance standards are met. A minimum of 5 years post qualified experience, ideally KSA based with MNC consultancy/construction industry experience is highly preferable. 

Key Selected Responsibilities
Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Deliver clear &amp; accurate month end reporting requirements to timetable. Working closely with Commission Leads and the Finance Leads to ensure Management Accounts, Financial reports &amp; Forecasts are as accurate as possible.</li><li>
Business Partnering, Project profitability, Project Revenue Trackers, Project Accounting &amp; WIP analysis are key reports to the business.</li><li>

The ideal applicate with have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, ideally gained through the delivery of complex infrastructure / real estate projects. This position ensures alignment between governance frameworks, PMIS, EDMS, CDE, and other enterprise systems. The role combines technical expertise, information governance, and digital ecosystem architecture to support large‑scale programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
A. EDMS Strategy, Governance &amp; Information Management
<ul><li>Establish, configure, and manage the enterprise‑level EDMS and CDE in alignment with organizational governance frameworks, information management standards including ISO19650.</li><li>
Define and maintain document control standards, naming conventions, metadata structures, classification systems, and controlled templates.</li><li>
Develop and enforce document management procedures, workflows, and approval processes across all stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure the EDMS and CDE supports full lifecycle information management&mdash;from initiation through design, construction, handover, and operations.</li><li>
Oversee document control operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, version control, and auditability.</li><li>
Coordinate with Digital teams to ensure alignment between information requirements, metadata, and digital deliverables.</li></ul>
B. Digital Ecosystem &amp; Enterprise Architecture<ul><li>
Support the definition and implementation of the digital ecosystem architecture including setting KPIs, integrate the dashboards, and reporting frameworks.</li><li>
Develop integration strategies ensuring seamless data exchange, interoperability, and alignment with governance requirements.</li><li>
Oversee API, middleware, and data‑exchange configurations to ensure secure and reliable system connectivity.</li></ul>
C. Information Flow, Data Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Fully implement the EDMS and CDE system in compliance with Client requirements and deploy the integration with the PMIS and data reporting systems.</li><li>
Establish controlled information flows across consultants, contractors, project teams, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Monitor data quality, completeness, accuracy, and compliance with information standards.</li><li>
Implement automated validation rules, metadata checks, and audit trails.</li><li>
Ensure dashboards, reports, and analytics tools are fed by governed, structured, and validated data.</li><li>
Monitor system performance, user behaviour, and compliance trends to identify improvement opportunities.</li></ul>
D. Integration Management &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>
Act as the technical and functional coordinator between system vendors, software providers, IT teams, and project stakeholders.</li><li>
Lead integration workshops, technical alignment sessions, and solution design reviews.</li><li>
Ensure vendor deliverables meet enterprise architecture, security, and information governance requirements.</li></ul>
E. Change Management, Training &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>
Lead training programmes, onboarding sessions, and user‑adoption initiatives.</li><li>
Develop user guides and information standards manuals.</li><li>
Support change‑management activities and act as the primary point of contact for information management queries and digital ecosystem support.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
8&ndash;12+ years of experience in information management, EDMS operations, CDE management, or digital ecosystem architecture within capital projects or large programmes.</li><li>
Proven experience with EDMS and CDE platforms such as Aconex, ProjectWise, ACC, Asite, Viewpoint, or equivalent.</li><li>
Experience integrating EDMS/CDE with PMIS.</li><li>
Strong background in governance frameworks, structured data, metadata, and controlled information workflows.</li><li>
GCC experience is highly preferred.</li></ul>

Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Cost Manager - Post Contract to join our organisation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will manage post-contract services with confidence, handling interim applications, change management, variation valuations, and extension of time claims whilst administering contract procedures in accordance with standard form contracts, particularly FIDIC.<ul><li>
Take personal responsibility for conducting cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects, ensuring timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place across all project stages</li><li>
Administer post-contract services and manage interim applications, monitor post-contract costs, and analyse actual expenditures, commitments, and forecasted costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets</li><li>
Deal effectively with post-contract cost variances and manage change control processes, including the valuation of variations and assessment of extension of time claims, with detailed financial analysis and contractual justification</li><li>
Develop and maintain cost forecasting models to predict final project costs and identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities</li><li>
Review and validate contractor invoices, change orders, and claims for accuracy and contractual compliance before approval, and produce post-contract and ad-hoc reports demonstrating clear communication of complex financial information</li><li>
