<div>Job Summary:
The HVAC Install Technician is responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, ductwork, and system troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.</li><li>
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine proper installation procedures.</li><li>
Connect and test HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality.</li><li>
Install ductwork, piping, and electrical components as required.</li><li>
Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation and compliance with safety standards.</li><li>
Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.</li><li>
Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal codes and regulations.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and safe work area.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently.</li><li>
Carries out additional responsibilities directed by leadership as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
Education:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (Required).</li><li>
HVAC certification or relevant training (Required).</li><li>
EPA certification (Preferred).</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum of 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience (Required).</li><li>
Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC installation preferred.</li></ul>
Skills:<ul><li>
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry regulations.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.</li><li>
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.</li></ul></div>
