What We're Looking For:<ul><li>
5+ years experience in:<ul><li>
Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/coolers and ice machines)</li><li>
Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhausts systems, building balancing, etc.)</li><li>
Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.) is a plus but not required</li></ul></li><li>
A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration units</li><li>
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>
Willingness to work on-call</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants</li><li>
Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li><li>

Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

<div>Description

We are currently seeking experienced technicians to support our growing operations. This role is best suited for individuals with hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. 
 
Position Overview: This position focuses on the service, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration. Technicians work independently in the field while staying connected with dispatch and supporting teams. 
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines, etc.</li><li>
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls in a timely manner</li><li>
Identify electrical and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions</li><li>
Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams</li><li>
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain compliance with EPA regulations</li></ul> 

Qualifications Required:<ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC, refrigeration</li><li>
Experience working in commercial environments</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to pass a background check</li></ul> 

Preferred:<ul><li>
EPA certification or ability to obtain</li><li>
Experience working independently in a service technician role</li><li>
Ability to provide professional, customer-focused service while working directly with clients on-site</li></ul> 

Great To Have:<ul><li>
Experience with commercial cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, and other cooking systems)</li></ul> 
 
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have prior field experience working on commercial systems and be comfortable handling service calls independently.
