<div>US Lumber, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team to oversee our production operations. You&rsquo;ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. Many of this position's responsibilities will be done in an outdoor environment. This is a first shift position, M-F 6:30am to 3:30pm.

In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide strong leadership and direction for a wood processing production team</li>
<li>Be held accountable to attain daily production goals, manufacturing efficiencies and product quality. Organize machinery placement to maximize production flow</li>
<li>Manage inventory usage and waste. Be creative in utilizing all the material</li>
<li>Be responsible for employee safety and direct a strong focus in maintaining a safe, clean &amp; organized work environment</li>
<li>Handle multiple projects and see projects through to a successful conclusion</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>3 to 5 years in Manufacturing Environment</li>
<li>Forklift Experience</li>
