We seek a Provider Liaison (Specialty Sales Representative), a dynamic, successful individual, to join our US Neurology/Epilepsy team for the Birmingham, AL geography.
As a Provider Liaison, you will promote UCB&rsquo;s neurology products to leading epileptologists and neurologists and Epilepsy Centers located in the Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. 
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>
Represent a highly respected company with an unparalleled legacy in epilepsy and neurology
</li><li>Developing, executing, and continuously refining a master business plan</li><li>
Analyzing business and sales data to inform your strategic and tactical approach to maximizing growth within your territory</li><li>
Working independently to drive business within your accounts and, where appropriate, collaborating with internal UCB partners</li><li>
Developing deep clinical knowledge of epilepsy and our products</li><li>
Coordinating formulary approval processes at key institutions and hospitals in the territory</li><li>
Assisting patients and offices with access and affordability questions</li></ul>
Who you&rsquo;ll work with<ul><li>
Conduct sales calls with physicians and care providers throughout the territory to provide appropriate and compliant solutions for patient needs</li><li>
Collaborate with your UCB teammates to maximize UCB&rsquo;s impact within the region</li><li>
Build relationships with key influencers in epilepsy and serve as UCB&rsquo;s primary point of contact with these stakeholders</li></ul><div></div><div> 
Interested? For this position you&rsquo;ll need the following education, experience and skills:</div><div>
Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech selling experience</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of specialty selling experience</li><li>
Valid U.S. Driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years</li></ul><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Prior experience selling and marketing products in neurology</li><li>
Documented track record of success</li><li>
Experience in hospital and/or clinical account management</li><li>
Existing relationships with key stakeholders within the territory</li><li>
Demonstrated effective leadership and teamworking skills</li></ul><div></div><div> 
This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $ 89,800-145,800 annually. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate&rsquo;s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.</div>
