To strengthen our New Hidradenitis Suppurativa Dermatology Sales Team, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team in the position of: <b>Clinical Account Specialist</b> <b>HS</b> in Charlotte, NC.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) position is responsible for driving demand for the current and future Dermatology pipeline assets in an assigned territory. Reinforcing the clinical features of the product, engaging and building relationships with clinical decision makers and office support staff, and working in concert with the broader UCB organization to create the best experiences for patients living with severe immunologic diseases.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
About the role:</b></div><ul><li>
Develop a strong understanding and awareness of the patient journey of care, including taking responsibility for ensuring needed therapies get to the patient.</li><li>
Offer an outstanding patient experience with our product by communicating clinical information on dermatology products and relevant patient support services to an audience of health care professionals and office staff.</li><li>
Establish an understanding of the local health care ecosystems, including the payor environment.</li><li>
Demonstrate the UCB Patient Value Strategy principles by establishing collaborative and team-oriented working relationships and integrating within a matrix environment.</li><li>
Behave compliantly with all UCB policies / approved messages and coach the team to use of approved UCB sales materials and messages with HCPs and other external stakeholders.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></div><ul><li>
Owning responsibility for attaining territory sales goals and objectives through effective territory planning, visiting clinical decision makers with appropriate reach/frequency, collaborating with the Immunology Clinical Specialist and other members of the UCB Patient Value Team.</li><li>
Analyzing territory data to build and adapt a customer call plan to establish professional working relationships with HCP and support staff.</li><li>
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the competitive marketplace and drivers of prescriber decisions.</li><li>
Conducting account related activities such as profiling, call planning, and reviewing UCB sales data with assigned stakeholders.</li><li>
Making strategic business decisions in the management of allocated resources such as financial/budgets, samples, access opportunities.</li><li>
Coordinating and supporting promotional educational opportunities and programs intended to expand the knowledge of medical stakeholders and staff (e.g., peer-to-peer educational opportunities) in accordance with UCB policy.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Minimum Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree BA/BS</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry</li><li>
Must have a valid Driver License with no more than 2 moving violations in the previous three-year period</li><li>
Must reside within assigned geography</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
5 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience calling on Dermatologists in the assigned geography</li><li>
Experience selling injectable biologics products</li><li>
Proven track record of success in Pharmaceutical Sales demonstrated by goal attainment and awards achievement (President&rsquo;s Club, etc.)</li><li>
Biologic product launch experience</li><li>
Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills to identify unique selling opportunities and adaptability to changing market conditions</li><li>
Demonstrated understanding of managed care landscape and how it influences/impacts business</li><li>
Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills</li><li>
Strong collaboration skills and success working in teams</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $132,000 to $174,000 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate&rsquo;s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.</div><p></p><p><br>

We are looking for a <b>Data Foundations Analyst</b> who is <b>collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented</b> to join our <b>Commercial Data Operations</b> team, based at our <b>U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia</b>. This <b>hybrid role</b> requires a minimum of 40% on-site presence and 5% domestic travel.</p><p><b><br>
About the Role</b></p><p>
You will serve as a key member of UCB&rsquo;s Data Governance team, owning the intersection of data stewardship, financial operations, and vendor management. In this role, you will manage commercial data assets and contracts, oversee budget planning activities including operating expense forecasting, accruals management, spend tracking, and annual planning cycles, and ensure licensed data is used compliantly across the organization. You will act as the primary coordinator for vendor relationships, Statements of Work, purchase orders, and third-party data-sharing agreements while maintaining data catalogs, access controls, and governance processes. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, process ownership, attention to detail, data governance knowledge, and the ability to manage vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and competing priorities with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.<br>

<b>Who you&rsquo;ll work with</b></p><p>
Internally, you will partner with<b>:</b> Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Legal, Data Governance, Commercial Data Operations, and business stakeholders across the organization to support budgeting, data access, compliance, and operational initiatives.</p><p>
Externally, you will work with: data suppliers, software and data vendors, consulting partners, and authorized third parties to manage contracts, data licensing agreements, vendor performance, and data-sharing approvals.</p><p><b><br>
What you&rsquo;ll do</b></p><ul><li>
Manage Commercial Data Operations financial activities, including annual budgeting, forecasting, accruals, spend tracking, and operating expense management.
</li><li>Own vendor management processes, including Statements of Work, purchase orders, contract routing, approvals, renewals, and supplier relationships.
</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party data-sharing agreements, ensuring compliance with licensing and usage requirements.
</li><li>Administer data governance policies, access management controls, data catalogs, and metadata standards to support data quality and stewardship.
</li><li>Partner with Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders to support data acquisition, compliance, and operational initiatives.
</li><li>Evaluate and manage relationships with data providers and vendors, identifying opportunities to maximize the value of data investments.
</li><li>Lead recurring governance and information management meetings, communicate key updates, and support continuous process improvement efforts.
