We pride ourselves on delivering excellence through integrity, precision, and teamwork.Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. This hybrid role involves delivering and picking up customer orders, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout every interaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely and efficiently make deliveries and pickups for customer orders.</li><li>Load and unload materials using proper handling procedures.</li><li>Learn and follow all warehouse processes, including order picking, stocking, and inventory control.</li><li>Assist with general warehouse duties to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient environment.</li><li>Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing top-level customer service at every touchpoint.</li><li>Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Previous delivery or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Stable, full-time employment</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>On-the-job training</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
