Job SummaryThe Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of personnel, materials, and documents while strictly complying with ADNOC HSE, traffic, and site regulations.Duties &amp; Responsibilities1. Transportation<ul><li>Safely transport employees, visitors, and client representatives to and from site, camp, and offices</li><li>Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per project schedule</li><li>Transport materials, documents, and light equipment as required</li><li>Follow designated routes and site movement plans</li></ul>2. Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE)<ul><li>Comply with all ADNOC HSE policies and procedures</li><li>Wear mandatory PPE at all times (coverall, helmet, safety shoes, etc.)</li><li>Conduct daily vehicle inspection before operation</li><li>Ensure all passengers wear seat belts</li><li>Adhere to site speed limits and defensive driving practices</li><li>Immediately report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions</li></ul>3. Vehicle Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain vehicle in clean and serviceable condition</li><li>Perform routine checks (fuel, oil, coolant, tires, brakes)</li><li>Ensure valid vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, permits)</li><li>Report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements</li></ul>4. Site Compliance &amp; Security<ul><li>Follow ADNOC and CICPA security procedures</li><li>Carry valid Emirates ID, driving license, and site access pass</li><li>Cooperate with security checks at entry/exit points</li><li>Ensure no unauthorized materials are transported</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily logbook/trip sheet</li><li>Record trips, mileage, fuel usage, and timings</li><li>Report delays, breakdowns, or route deviations to supervisor</li></ul>6. Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with transport coordinator and site supervisor</li><li>Follow instructions from management and client representatives</li><li>Use communication devices as required</li></ul>7. Emergency Handling<ul><li>Respond effectively to accidents and emergencies</li><li>Inform HSE and supervisor immediately</li><li>Assist in emergency evacuation if required</li></ul>8. Professional Conduct<ul><li>Maintain discipline and professional behavior</li><li>Avoid reckless driving, overspeeding, and mobile use while driving</li><li>Follow company policies and site regulations</li><li>Respect multicultural work environment</li></ul>Minimum Requirements<ul><li>Valid UAE Driving License</li><li>Valid ADSD (Abu Dhabi Safety Driving Certificate) &ndash; Mandatory</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years driving experience (oil &amp; gas experience preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and site driving rules</li><li>Basic understanding of HSE requirements</li><li>Physically fit and able to work in site conditions</li></ul>Reporting To<ul><li>Transport Coordinator / Site Supervisor / Client Representative</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Site-based role (onshore/offshore as applicable)</li><li>Long working hours and shift-based duty</li><li>Exposure to harsh weather conditions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
