<div>Role Summary:
<p>
URBN is looking for a Sr. Production Coordinator - Denim to manage the production process from order placement, through manufacturing and delivery of finished goods, to ensure the on-time delivery of quality garments. This position will develop strategies to meet merchant expectations from both business and service perspectives while supporting global expansion and speed-to-customer initiatives.</p>
Role Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Understand supplier capabilities and advantages, as well as opportunities for improvement. Ensure action plans are created and implemented to further align and maximize opportunity between URBN and suppliers. Maintain positive, productive relationships with URBN suppliers.</li><li>
Manage the production time and action (T&amp;A) for outstanding development as needed for successful on-time product delivery. Manage the order placement process, insuring target place dates align with business strategies, and that best possible deliveries are regularly met.</li><li>
Build key relationships between stakeholders to create an environment that drives speed to market initiatives, improves efficiency, and reduces weeks of supply. Proactively collaborate with internal partners to meet goals.</li><li>
Review, maintain and analyze all factory and brand reports highlighting areas of opportunity for improvements both internally and externally.</li><li>
Manage TOP process/standards including status of vendors with regards to the release shipments prior to TOP approval and make recommendations accordingly</li><li>
Manage QA process/standards in conjunction with the DC with regards to the release of shipments and make recommendations accordingly.</li><li>
Manage Shipping Compliance results in conjunction with the DC to ensure suppliers are following required procedures as detailed in the Routing Guides and train suppliers further that do not meet the requirement consistently.</li></ul><div><div>

Role Qualifications:
<ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of progressive denim sourcing experience within a complex, fast-paced apparel environment. Specialty retail and/or direct to consumer experience is preferred.</li><li>
A successful track record of building relationships with cross functional partners and offering new and innovative solutions to sourcing issues/challenges.
</li><li>Process improvement capabilities including proven examples of implementing operational efficiencies.</li><li>
Works with a high sense of integrity and urgency and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges.
</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate</li><li>
Major in Fashion, Supply Chain, or related field</li><li>

Anthropologie is looking for a Woven's category specific specialist who facilitates and executes Design&rsquo;s vision by providing the appropriate fit, quality, and construction that are targeted to the consumer and end use while supporting the business requirements. Responsible to trouble shoot any issues such as fit, construction, and quality control. Takes full ownership of styles and sets a positive example for their team.</div>
Role Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Build relationships/partnerships with cross functional team members, such as Design and Production.</li><li>
Identify efficiencies within their brand or category to support brand initiatives.</li><li>
Assist with seasonal trend block development.</li><li>
Manage work load to department initiatives.</li><li>
Instruct and communicate to agents/factories the appropriate construction, fit and block information to ensure successful manufacturing while adhering to Design&rsquo;s concepts.</li><li>
Conducts live fittings with/without designers to determine what fit and construction changes are necessary to achieve Design&rsquo;s requirements.</li><li>
Advise repair options to factories on fit or quality related issues.</li><li>
Evaluate best/worst sellers and competitors to make improvements in technical methods and fit for upcoming seasons.</li><li>
Assigns base size garments measurements appropriate to each style that correlates to the three dimensional body and desired end use.</li><li>
Assures to use all appropriate cost cutting methods in style development.</li><li>
Assigns appropriate grading to all points of measure keeping the proportion accurate in relation to our predetermined sizing.</li><li>
Other duties as specified by management.</li></ul>
Role Qualifications:
<ul><li>Expert knowledge in assembling a detailed technical package to communicate proper instruction to agents/factories for initial or in process style development.</li><li>
Knowledgeable in pattern making, garment construction, and manufacturing including factory machinery, procedures and methods within their category.</li><li>
Solid experience of a minimum of 3 years conducting live fittings and determining the necessary pattern changes to create the desired look and fit.</li><li>
Experience in assigning easily understood points of measure that will progress the style through development and secure the fit during production QC inspections</li><li>
Ability to independently determine appropriate grade rules to all points of measure that correlate to each specific style and sizing.</li><li>
Highly organized and experienced in all phases of technical design.</li><li>
Prioritize effectively.</li><li>
Work in/with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.</li><li>
Pro-actively approach problem solving.</li><li>
