The Senior HR Generalist oversees daily HR functions such as benefits administration, training, and development, prioritizing employee engagement, company policies, and leadership development. They actively participate in HR team and line leaders&rsquo; development, HR projects, and new initiatives to uphold clear communication, proper planning, and timely action, thus contributing to URBN's reputation as an employer of choice. As a member of the Global Supply Chain HR team, they focus on enhancing efficiency through tools and analysis in alignment with our core values.</div>
Role Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Supports and in some instances leads the development of HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.</li><li>
Leads the development of the HR team including but is not limited to benefits, leaves, compensation, performance, talent management, recognition, OSHA, workers compensation, and training &amp; development, and employee relations including disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with all training requirements, including safety and anti-harassment training, by reviewing, tracking, and documenting completion.</li><li>
Collaborates with SC talent acquisition and functional leaders to comprehend required skills to align on recruitment and onboarding processes, including supporting the selections within designated areas.</li><li>
Supports current and future programs designed for development, engagement, motivation, and retention primarily at a line manager and associate level.</li><li>
Supports HR function with research, project support, reporting/analytics, and championing HR initiatives.</li><li>
Works closely with line leaders to develop and implement HR priorities and plans, focusing on areas such as talent management, leadership development, performance, career development, and early career initiatives for clarity and effective execution.</li><li>
Build cross-functional and cross-organizational partnerships with HR and develop employee engagement activities that help elevate and build company culture.</li><li>
Conducts new hire orientation and actively participates in the onboarding process in partnership with operational leaders.</li><li>
Assist with payroll and ensure compliance, audit payroll records, validate employee and company information is accurate.</li><li>
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.</li><li>
Functional expert on site. Contribute to the development of the group. Support communication and information flow through the site.</li><li>
Coach, support, and develop the local function Managers, Supervisors, and associates.</li><li>
Provides partnership, tools, and training for leaders related to disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.</li><li>
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.</li><li>
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, employment law, and new technologies.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>

Role Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>
3 - 5 years of direct human resource generalist experience.</li><li>
SHRM-CP a plus.</li><li>
Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>

You will establish best-in-class 3D processes to ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and unprecedented speed-to-market , serving as the expert authority on garment engineering and digital innovation.

Visionary Roadmap: Define and execute a forward-thinking global strategy that places 3D/DPC at the core of technical design, ensuring the digital workflow supports each brand&rsquo;s aesthetic while accelerating business objectives.</p></li><li><p>
DPC Integration: Champion the aggressive adoption and scaling of DPC tools (Clo3D, Browzwear, AI) across all brands and categories, moving beyond &quot;pilot&quot; phases to full operational integration to shift towards digital decision making.</p></li><li><p>
Virtual Ecosystem: Oversee the management and standardization of digital asset libraries&mdash;including 3D blocks, material physics, and avatars&mdash;to create a seamless foundation for virtual product development and fit.</p></li></ul><p>
2. 3D Digital Fit &amp; Virtual Approvals</p><ul><li><p>
Virtual Fit Protocol: Revolutionize the fitting process by establishing protocols for 100% digital fit approvals, minimizing the reliance on physical prototypes to make decisions.</p></li><li><p>
Digital Standards: Establish and maintain comprehensive digital fit standards and avatars, ensuring that virtual representations match physical reality with high accuracy across all vendors.</p></li><li><p>

Digital Knowledge: Demonstrated mastery and executive-level experience leading the implementation of DPC ecosystems (Clo3D, Browzwear, AI, etc.) and achieving successful 3D digital fit adoption at scale.</p></li><li><p>
Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of garment construction, grading, and global manufacturing, with the ability to translate these traditional skills into a digital environment.</p></li><li><p>
Change Management: Proven track record of building and transforming teams, specifically guiding traditional technical design teams through digital transformation.</p></li><li><p>
