<div><div>About Our Team VWS-Vendor Management Office (VMO) is part of VWS EAO (Experience, Analytics and Operations) and manages critical 3rd Party Relationship with Infosys, Ascensus, Candidly, HealthEquity, and other critical vendors. We create organizational efficiencies by centralizing vendor oversight activities and enabling engagement leads to focus on product/service delivery for our clients. VMO is responsible to develop and execute vendor oversight, ensure TPRM policy compliance, support internal audit, facilitate zero day events, and helps navigate incident management.</div><div> 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Establishes and maintains vendor relationships, helps negotiate favorable pricing in partnership with ESM, reports on vendor performance, reviews SOC reports, oversees vendor risk, manages incidents, and helps offboard if needed.</li><li>
 Leads the management of vendor relationships of moderate to high scope and complexity. Maintains active and positive relationships with designated points of contact with key vendors in order to discuss, resolve, or escalate risk and performance related issues.</li><li>
Leads the monitoring of post contract performance of the vendor based on performance across major risk domains and make change recommendations.</li><li>
 Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships in order to manage cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects (such as 3rd Party Risk Governance, Data Defense escalations, 3SOC Collaboration, Client RFPs, TPRM Hub and Spoke collaboration) and coordinates the resolution of operational problems and issues for assigned critical vendors.</li><li>
 Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>
 A good candidate for this role is not afraid of challenging the status quo, willing to build subject matter knowledge, and is driven to deliver an end-to-end solution to the problems encountered by the team.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Three years related work experience.</li><li>
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.</li><li>
Stakeholder management experience is required</li><li>
Project management experience is required</li><li>
Supply chain or procurement experience is helpful</li></ul>

Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist plays a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role involves supporting sourcing, interviewing, and hiring efforts while collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. The consultant is responsible for refining recruitment strategies, conducting market research, and enhancing candidate experience. Additionally, this role involves data analysis, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with best hiring practices.
Core Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer extensions.</li><li>
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.</li><li>
Source potential candidates using various online channels, job boards, and networking strategies.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule interviews, developing relevant interview questions with hiring managers.</li><li>
Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.</li><li>
Prepare job offer materials, ensuring alignment with job specifications and organizational guidelines.</li><li>
Generate and analyze recruitment reports, tracking key hiring metrics and market trends to improve hiring strategies.</li><li>
Represent the organization at job fairs and other hiring events to attract top talent.</li><li>
Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and best practices to optimize efficiency.</li><li>
Participate in special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of related work experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.</li><li>
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, interview processes, and market analysis.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
