Coordinate meetings with partners across the organization, including executive‑level participants</li><li>
Learn how Vanguard works&mdash;and quickly figure out <i>who&rsquo;s who</i>, what matters most, and how to get things done</li><li>
Serve as a trusted, approachable point of contact for leaders and team members across the crew</li><li>
Build strong relationships and communicate with confidence and discretion</li><li>
Help surface themes, feedback, and insights you hear across the organization in a thoughtful, professional way</li><li>
