You will strategically lead the team in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress &amp; results against key targets.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

What will you do?</b></p><p>
The Director of Digital Merchandising and Content is a strategic, creative, and analytical leader responsible for shaping the digital shopping experience on Vans.com across the US and Canada. This role works closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Technology teams to deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience. This role sits on the eCommerce Team, reporting into the Head of eCommerce, and reports into the Vans HQ 3 days/week (Costa Mesa).</p><p></p><p>

Drive the digital merchandising strategy and execution, and oversee a robust content calendar that balances storytelling and commercial priorities with data driven insights</li><li>
Lead and mentor a team of Site Merchandisers, Content Planners, and Search Engine Optimization Specialists</li><li>
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive critical business outcomes:<ul><li>
Partner with Tech and Product Teams to prioritize and implement new tools and features that elevate the site experience and drive conversion</li><li>
Partner closely with Merchandising and Marketing Teams, to develop customer-first content that drives engagement and conversion</li><li>
Partner with Planning Teams to deliver against financial goals</li></ul></li><li>
Leverage reporting and analytics to drive actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and innovation</li><li>

What do you need to succeed?</b></p><p>

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 10+ years of experience and professional achievements, ideally within digital merchandising, site operations, content strategy, and/or SEO</p><p></p><p>

Proven track record of driving business growth and evolution through strategic digital merchandising and data-driven optimization</li><li>
Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and analytics tools</li><li>
