Our team is driven by excellence, precision, and continuous improvement to meet global standards.Job Description &ndash; Production Line Worker<ul><li>Operate machinery and equipment used in the battery production process.</li><li>Assemble battery components according to standard operating procedures.</li><li>Monitor production line to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.</li><li>Inspect products at various stages to maintain quality and identify defects.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment while handling materials and chemicals.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.</li><li>Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to the supervisor.</li><li>Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and production targets.</li><li>Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines as instructed.</li><li>Assist in loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods.</li><li>Accurately record production data, material usage, and completed units.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of the manufacturing process.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma in Electrical (mandatory).</li><li>Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be preferred.</li><li>Ability to work with machinery, tools, and safety equipment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.</li><li>Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Pay &amp; Perks:<ul><li>Basic Stipend + Performance Bonus.</li><li>Annual/Semi-annual Increments.</li><li>Fuel Allowance (if applicable).</li><li>Company maintained Postpaid Mobile connection.
