Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee and manage clinical operations of the assigned unit.</li><li>
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure delivery of high-quality care.</li><li>
Mentor, guide, and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.</li><li>
Lead care planning meetings, evaluating residents' needs and establishing care priorities.</li><li>
Address and resolve any patient or family concerns in a timely manner.</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics, striving for continuous quality improvement in the unit.</li><li>
Collaborate with other unit managers and facility leadership to optimize overall patient care and operations.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Current Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) certification in State of Kentucky</li><li>
Experience in leadership roles within a healthcare setting.</li><li>
Strong clinical, organizational, and managerial skills.</li><li>
Exceptional communication abilities and a focus on team collaboration.</li><li>
Passion for ensuring the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction.</li></ul>
