We are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies to evolve our product into an agentic AI system that seamlessly integrates into clients' systems, automating compliance and portfolio risk analysis processesJob Summary: We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that power our SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our SaaS platform.</li><li>Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization to ensure high accuracy and performance.</li><li>Evaluate and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and performance.</li><li>Integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.</li><li>Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques, including natural language processing (NLP), time-series analysis, and reinforcement learning.</li><li>Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI/ML solutions in a cloud-based environment.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML and fintech trends to drive innovation within the company.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, preferably in fintech or a related industry.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).</li><li>Understanding of SaaS architecture and experience building scalable, secure applications.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or autonomous workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks for building intelligent systems.</li><li>Knowledge of financial compliance regulations and risk analysis methodologies.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Flexible working hours and remote work options.</li><li>Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools.</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant portfolio or GitHub links to eric@verityv.com.
