Victory Fleet Service is seeking Diesel / Field Mechanics to support ongoing operations in the Midland area. This role is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing diesel trucks and heavy equipment used in oilfield and industrial operations.Mechanics will work both in the field and at designated job sites, often independently, and must be comfortable troubleshooting issues and completing repairs with minimal supervision. Victory operates 24/7/365, and this role is critical to maintaining equipment uptime.Duties<ul><li>Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines and heavy equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues</li><li>Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections</li><li>Respond to field service calls and perform on-site repairs</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used</li><li>Follow all company and customer safety procedures</li><li>Communicate with operations team regarding equipment status and repair needs</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of diesel or heavy equipment mechanic experience</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities</li><li>Experience with hydraulics and/or electrical systems preferred</li><li>Ability to work independently in a field environment</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Must provide own basic tools</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>14 days on / 7 days off (hitch schedule)</li><li>Overtime available based on workload</li></ul>Pay &amp; Perks<ul><li>$20-35/hour depending on experience</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Company vehicles provided for work-related use</li><li>Consistent, year-round work</li><li>Opportunity for advancement into lead or supervisory roles</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Field-based work in oilfield and industrial job site settings</li><li>Exposure to varying weather conditions and physical labor requirements</li><li>Fast-paced environment requiring problem-solving and adaptability</li></ul>Why Victory Fleet ServiceVictory offers a growing, team-oriented environment with steady work and opportunities for long-term career development.
