What You Will be Doing.. 
As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. 
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time. All sick time required by state or local law will reduce an employee's annual PTO accrual accordingly.

You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience are at the forefront of your responsibilities. Also, you will act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager. You will also complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls. Maintaining the performance of your store by running retail inventory compliance.</li><li>
Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.</li><li>
Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalizing on existing customer base.
</li><li>Own store success and take ownership for store employees&rsquo; work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.</li><li>
Owning all guest escalations and providing a timely resolution.

Compensation
Pay will include a base rate of $$15.50 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission

You know you&rsquo;ve succeeded when your team is delivering. 
You will need to have:<ul><li>
1- 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role</li><li>
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.</li><li>
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.</li><li>
Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.</li><li>
Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.</li><li>
Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
</li><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.</li><li>
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
