Your Role:</div><ul><li>
Manage key distributor accounts and act as the primary commercial contract.</li><li>
Drive sales performance and achieve targets across full product portfolio</li><li>
Drive project sales across all sectors through strong collaboration with distributors and cross-functional teams</li><li>
Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion</li><li>
Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasts, and project status to ensure precise and prompt reporting</li><li>
Manage project sales details: product specifications, pricing, and commercial approvals</li><li>
Actively maintain market presence and foster key relationships through distributor engagement and project site visits</li><li>
Maintain strong brand presence and ensure product availability in both retail and project markets</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><div>
Your Profile:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
5+ Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in building materials, sanitary ware, or related industries.</li><li>
Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models.</li><li>
Fluent English is a must (spoken and written).</li><li>
Computer-oriented with strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>
SAP user experience is an advantage.</li><li>
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>
Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.</li><li>
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.</li></ul><div></div><div>
