Experience in real estate and hospitality projects will be a strong advantage.DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIESMEP Execution &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Supervise and monitor all MEP works, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.</li><li>Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor site progress and report any delays or technical issues to the Project Manager.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Technical Support<ul><li>Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Review MEP shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and resolve site-related technical issues.</li><li>Attend site meetings and provide progress updates and technical support.</li></ul>Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE policies, and UAE authority regulations.</li><li>Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.</li><li>Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and as-built documentation.</li></ul>CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>5 to 8 years of UAE experience as an MEP Engineer.</li><li>Proven experience in real estate projects. Hospitality project experience is an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.</li><li>Good understanding of UAE construction practices and authority regulations, including Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), and DEWA.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Fluent in English. MEP Site Engineer
