Job Title: Accountant cum CashierLocation: Gulshan e Iqbal Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant cum Cashier to manage the financial operations of our housing project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, handling day-to-day cash transactions, and supporting overall financial management to ensure the project runs smoothly and within budget.Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the housing project.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and project cash flow reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.</li><li>Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.</li></ul>Cashier Duties:<ul><li>Handle all incoming and outgoing cash transactions.</li><li>Maintain a petty cash register with proper documentation and approval.</li><li>Issue receipts for customer payments, deposits, and advances.</li><li>Deposit cash/cheques into designated bank accounts regularly.</li><li>Monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in real estate or housing projects is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.</li><li>High level of integrity, attention to detail, and time management.</li><li>Ability to work independently at a project site with limited supervision.</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Working Hours: 10 AM &ndash; 7 PM</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
