Position OverviewThe Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.</li><li>Manage job postings and ensure accurate role descriptions across platforms.</li><li>Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.</li><li>Coordinate pre‑employment checks and onboarding processes.</li><li>Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring.</li><li>Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience (2&ndash;5 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS systems.</li><li>Strong organizational and time‑management skills.</li></ul>Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
