The Transportation Coordinator administers internal billing, external invoices, schedules haul truck maintenance, maintains DOT required files, administers OKDOT and TXDOT permit systems and otherwise relieves dispatchers in their absence and business detail by performing the following duties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
<ul>
<li>Keeps internal billing up to date within the Dispatching Solutions software.
</li><li>Ensures all loads are invoiced accurately.
</li><li>Ensure invoices from vendors are correct, and then coded accurately.
</li><li>Write, maintain and support a variety of reports, queries, dashboards utilizing appropriate tools, including developing and administering standard, customized, and compliance reports.</li>
<li>Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.</li>
<li>Maintains an up to date list of transportation assets, and operators, while maintaining accurate DOT files.
</li><li>Administers the state permit systems and track permits on each truck to ensure no lapse in permit coverage.</li>
<li>Works with safety and licensing personnel within the company to ensure 100% compliance of state and federal transportation laws.</li>
<li>Tracks fleet maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance with dispatchers.</li>
<li>Ensure each truck/trailer in the fleet are within the specified maintenance schedule.</li>
<li>Tracks costs and type of maintenance for entire haul truck fleet by individual asset.</li>
<li>Assists in compiling reports regarding overtime use and efficiency of resources.</li>
<li>Codes outside invoices for payment and assigns PO Number. Forwards invoices to Accounts Payable after approval.</li>
<li>Completes management requests, special assignment and/or projects within the specified time.</li></ul> 


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years&rsquo; experience in the transportation industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.</li>
<li>Basic PC skills required. Should have a working knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and web based computer platforms.
</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles.</li></ul>

The Fabrication Welder I is responsible for adding value to our industrial, petroleum, EPG and rental power sales team&rsquo;s engine related projects by welding metal components together with a variety of arc welding processes or mig welding processes to fabricate or repair products such as brackets and/or weldments used in the packaging of customer specific enhancements. Work is performed under direct supervision and has little complexity, requiring basic welding knowledge and skills.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? 


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
<ul>
<li>Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.</li>
<li>Weld metal parts together using arc welding or mig welding processes according to project specific drawings.</li>
<li>Perform related tasks such as oxy acetylene cutting of some parts and operating a grinder.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for improvement, promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance, and monitor own work to ensure quality.</li>
<li>Maintain welding machines using preventative maintenance methods.</li>
<li>Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
</li><li>Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions and maintain a clean and safe work area.</li>
<li>Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and time management.</li>
<li>Follow instructions, respond to management direction, take responsibility for own actions, and keep commitments.</li></ul> 


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or a combination of equivalent education and experience.</li>
<li>Basic welding knowledge and skills.</li>
<li>Basic mechanic hand tools, in addition to, measuring tape, squares and levels.</li>
<li>Ability to fabricate from a blueprint or a layout drawing.</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, which may be in written, verbal, or diagram form.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one with manager or the work team.</li>
<li>Basic mathematical skills, to include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
</li><li>Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</li>
<li>Ability to pass Worksteps evaluation.</li>
<li>Ability to work long or unusual hours to meet operational goals as needed.</li></ul>
