Warsaw Chiropractic &amp; Wellness Center is looking for a New Patient Coordinator / Clinical Support Assistant to help welcome new patients and guide them through their first steps toward better health.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Be one of the first people new patients meet and help create a confident, professional first impression.</li><li>Assist with new patient consultations and help keep the office moving smoothly.</li><li>Receive hands-on training to take and annotate chiropractic X-rays.</li><li>Support patient scheduling, communication, and follow-up.</li><li>Help with office flow, organization, and clinical support tasks.</li><li>Work directly with doctors and team members to help patients get the care they need.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in a medical office or dental office setting with strong knowledge of healthcare procedures and protocols</li><li>Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) management systems</li><li>Solid understanding of health regulation policies, privacy laws, and insurance processes</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret patient information and clinical notes</li><li>Experience providing medical administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document management</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare professionals</li></ul>Join us in making a difference by providing outstanding support that enhances patient experiences while ensuring smooth clinic operations.
