Apply today and be part of our commitment to creating a more sustainable future.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welding Operations:</li><li>Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to repair and fabricate metal components.</li><li>Work with a variety of materials, such as steel and aluminum, to meet project specifications.</li><li>Equipment Maintenance:</li><li>Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, conveyor systems, and other equipment using welding techniques.</li><li>Conduct routine checks on welding equipment to ensure proper functionality.</li><li>Blueprint Interpretation:</li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.</li><li>Quality Assurance:</li><li>Ensure the quality and integrity of welds, following established procedures and guidelines.</li><li>Conduct inspections and testing to verify the strength and durability of welded joints.</li><li>Safety Compliance:</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety procedures.</li><li>Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with maintenance teams, engineers, and other departments to identify and address welding-related issues promptly.</li><li>Communicate effectively to report progress, challenges, and completed tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.</li><li>Certification in welding techniques is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Proficient in various welding methods, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them strictly.</li><li>Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks in various positions and environments.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Vocational training or certification in welding is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health, Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Retirement savings plan</li><li>Opportunities for professional development</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
