</p><p>Primary Responsibilities include:
</p><ul><li>Receive inbound loads against a Purchase Order accurately.
</li><li>Pick orders for the production facilities in a timely and accurate manner using handheld scanners.
</li><li>Work with radio frequency equipment and computer to input information in a timely and accurate manner.
</li><li>Effectively conduct, record, and monitor weekly/monthly cycle counts.
</li><li>Troubleshoot in Oracle system and correct/investigate inventory issues.
</li><li>Keep work area clean. Floor must be swept regularly to limit wood chips and cardboard at a minimum.
</li><li>Drive pallet mule, forklift, or turret in a safe and efficient manner.
</li><li>Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.
</li></ul><p>Pay Rate: Starting rate of $27.42/hr with pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Top rate of pay at 12 months is $30.46/hr.
</p><p>Shift/Hours: Days. Approximate shift start time of 4:55 AM or 6:55 AM. Normal shift length of 10-12 hours.</p></div>

Warehouse Tech - Days

<div><p>The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining compliance with internal controls and company policies. This role supports efficient accounts payable operations by coordinating with internal teams, monitoring invoice workflows, resolving exceptions, and managing vendor-related inquiries.
</p><ul><li>Review and process invoices submitted by internal employees and UI Path Action Center ensuring accurate vendor assignment within Accounts Payable systems.
</li><li>Process invoices generated on supplier websites in accordance with established procedures and approval requirements.
</li><li>Monitor the Ariba invoice workflow to ensure invoices receive appropriate approvals in a timely manner and proactively follow up on aging items with internal stakeholders.
</li><li>Identify, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions generated by the Invoice Agent.
</li><li>Assist with the processing of physical mail, including invoice intake and the preparation and distribution of outgoing checks.
</li><li>Monitor the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to inquiries from internal teams and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audit and compliance requirements.
</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve invoice processing efficiency.
</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to accounts payable processes and systems.</li></ul></div>
<br><div><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience. FPC and/or CPP Preferred
</li><li>1-3 years of related experience in Accounting, Finance or Payroll field preferred
</li><li>Knowledge &ndash; Knowledge of payroll regulations and requirements. Knowledge of generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel; understanding of transactional flow and processes in ERP systems.
</li><li>Skills &ndash; Excellent organizational skills coupled with strong communication and customer service skills. Accuracy with strong attention to details and effective problem solving/analytical skills.
</li><li>Abilities &ndash; Ability to multi-task, work independently and determine priorities. Must be adaptable, proactive and able to respond quickly to departmental demands. Ability to work well within a close-knit team environment.
