5+ years of proven media buying experience with a successful track record in e-commerce and B2B marketing.</li><li>
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and cross-channel campaign management.</li><li>
In-depth understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics.</li><li>
Proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation for performance optimization.</li><li>
Experience managing large-scale international campaigns and diverse markets.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through virtual interviews, resume evaluations, and fit analysis.</li><li>
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth placement process.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.</li><li>
Keep records accurate and up to date on the ATS, ensuring compliance with data and legal standards.</li>

Qualifications 
What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.</li><li>
Proven experience in recruitment and/or career counseling (preferably with international exposure or remote experience).</li><li>
&#65039; Excellent English communication skills &mdash; written and spoken.</li><li>
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and candidate engagement.</li><li>
Proficiency in using ATS and digital career counseling tools.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
