Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our furniture store team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting furniture and home d&eacute;cor products that meet their needs, and contribute to achieving store sales goals. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for creating positive shopping experiences.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.</li><li>Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture, mattresses, and home d&eacute;cor products.</li><li>Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranties, and financing options.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked showroom.</li><li>Stay informed about current products, promotions, and industry trends.</li><li>Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.</li><li>Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store events as needed.</li><li>Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Previous retail sales experience preferred; furniture or home furnishings experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Basic computer skills and experience using point-of-sale systems.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings (until 6 P.M.), Saturdays, and most holidays.
