Job OverviewThe Marketing (MarCom) Coordinator contributes to day-to-day design and asset management, including literature updates and creation, image editing and archiving, and photo/video support. The role works with the Digital Manager to publish on-brand content across social and digital channels. It also assists with pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up. Periodic travel (up to 10% annually) and flexible hours during events and photo/video shoots are required. Reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates closely with the Digital Manager, the Marketing team, New Product Development (NPD), and Sales.Responsibilities1) Graphic Design and Asset Management&middot; Create on-brand static and light-motion assets for social, web, and email.&middot; Build social graphics, thumbnails, simple motion, sell sheets/one-pagers, and basic web assets in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro; basic After Effects).&middot; Maintain templates, style libraries, and brand guidelines.&middot; Prepare files and specs for print/signage; partner with A/V or vendors as needed.&middot; Assist and occasionally direct photoshoots: understand product features/benefits, collect samples, develop and communicate creative intent, source and style products/props, and direct photography when needed.&middot; Execute post-production: light retouching, color, and exports for platform-ready deliverables/aspect ratios per SOPs.&middot; Manage assets: name, tag, and archive images/video; maintain DAM/FTP/folder structure and naming conventions.&middot; Contribute ideas to creative reviews and process improvements.&middot; Support creative requests and meet quality expectations and deadlines.2) Digital Content Assistant&middot; Follow a channel-specific content calendar; draft short-form copy and visual briefs per the Digital Manager's direction.&middot; Provide backup to the Digital Manager to post and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Pinterest.&middot; Ensure accessibility and brand compliance (alt text, captions, usage rights).&middot; Assist the Digital Manager in tracking performance and share monthly insights with the Marketing team.3) Event Coordinator&middot; Assist with event project plans and timelines; coordinate hotel reservations and rooming lists.&middot; Manage registration: Staff and external registrations; process show badges.&middot; Support tradeshow logistics, order samples, pre-set show at corporate location, prior to event.&middot; Manage samples and shipping: create pack lists; label, ship, track, and return samples.&middot; Plan and execute in-booth giveaways and engagement photos and videos.&middot; Maintain internal communications: keep the Sales agenda current with assets you own.&middot; Provide on-site support (periodic travel required): assist with install/dismantle; handle badge pickup/substitutions (if applicable); manage sample inventory and demo readiness; coordinate staff schedules for in-booth videos; troubleshoot and report to the Marketing Director (MD) as needed.&middot; Post-event: organize donations, returns and restock assets; compile metrics (attendance, leads, costs/ROI) and help route leads to CRM/Sales; collect feedback and action items.QualificationsRequired:&middot; Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Design&mdash;or a relevant portfolio.&middot; 2+ years of experience in events, marketing/content/social, or related internships.&middot; Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects a plus).&middot; Familiarity with social scheduling/management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Constant Contact).&middot; Strong organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.&middot; Clear written and verbal communication; detail-oriented proofing.&middot; Willingness to learn exhibitor services/portals (Freeman, GES) and event logistics.&middot; Able to travel up to 10% annually and work early/late during events and shoots; able to lift 25&ndash;40 lbs.Preferred:&middot; Project tools (Asana, Smartsheet) and file management (FTP).&middot; Social/email basics (Constant Contact, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).&middot; Proficient in image and video manipulation / generative applications (Photoshop, Gemini Enterprise)&middot; Product/food styling experience; valid driver's license; local shoot/event travel.Work Style &amp; Values&middot; Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative.&middot; Comfortable with structured SOPs and adaptable to last-minute changes.&middot; Committed to brand standards, accessibility, and a positive attendee/user experience.&middot; Promote a teamwork-oriented environment with cross-functional partners.Pay: From $46,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
