<div>WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Laborer who is confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye to eye contact with other employees.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers</li>
<li>Retrieve waste litter and place them in designated container</li>
<li>Perform sweeping and cleaning to the breakrooms and maintenance shop areas</li>
<li>Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills</li>
<li>Reach with hands and arms</li>
<li>Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet</li>
<li>Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.</li>

Laborer

<div>WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Lead Laborer who is a confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high overall safety awareness, in particular to high traffic conditions and must wear proper PPE. Also, this position will require picking and sorting construction and demolition material, performs cleaning functions. In addition to, duties may include sweeping, shoveling, scraping, painting, and housekeeping.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Picking and Sorting C&amp;D material on tipping floor</li>
<li>Supporting facility housekeeping by sweeping, shoveling, picking windblown litter, and raking.</li>
<li>Wearing proper PPE including gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, safety toe boots and mask.</li>
<li>Follows standard safety procedures</li>
<li>Work Overtime as needed</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
<li>Embrace the Company's safety culture and core values</li>
<li>Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment</li>
<li>Work side by side with other laborers and demonstrates good leadership</li>
<li>Communicate and work well with others</li>

Lead Laborer

<div>WIN Waste Innovations is looking for an Ash House Loader Driver. A Driver is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with the Company's safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle.

Note: Our Bridgeport facility requires a CDL A for all Ash House Loader Driver. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.</li>
<li>Safely operate his or her heavy truck while working withing</li>
<li>Courteously interact with, dispatchers and others on a daily basis</li>
<li>Clean area around an accidental waste spill, ensuring adherence to all applicable safety standards and policies.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time.</li>
<li>Complete required productivity sheets, and other reports, as required. 
Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department</li>
<li>Follow all required safety policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.</li>
